Just moved cross-country and Bluegrass Rooter was here for the 1st time. I am so impressed with these guys. Ron, Ben, and Chris did several jobs on my list, ....
including:
--Checking the bathroom sink for a drip (No drip-residual water in the screen filter)
--Pulling the toilet to check the flange and bolts (bolts were loose), finishing off with a shim and a bead of clear silicone sealer.
--Installing Concrete screws into the hose faucet outside to stabilize the pipe
--installing ducts to one of the vents in the bedroom (the main reason they came today) ....which involves going down in the

I got Bluegrass Rooter to install an outside spigot for me in the older home that I purchased. Chris showed up and did an absolutely stellar job. I called Bluegrass Rooter when my HVAC suddenly began running hot. Although, they had a busy schedule, I was able to get service sooner than later. Ron and Chris communicated when they would arrive and if they were experiencing delays from previous repair projects. Not only did they repair my HVAC, they returned to repair a kitchen faucet and leaking toilet on a separate trip. Ron is very knowledgeable and has over 20 years of experience and interesting life stories. Cool guy!

We needed a full sewer line replacement--it was a complex job, with two lines exiting the house--one under the basement and one under the garage. Bluegrass Rooter successfully pulled new lines using their trenchless (pipe bursting) equipment and worked tirelessly over 2.5 long days to get everything replaced. They saved us from having to dig up our porch, sidewalk, garage, driveway, landscaping and much of the yard. Other companies told us the trenchless method couldn't be done in our situation. Had an issue with a mainline clog that I wasn't to clear myself after hours of working my hand auger. finally willing to submit i started calling plumbers. started with a company that had left a card when we bought the house June 2019, and was referred to another company. referred company quoted price and time frame. not soon enough but if I could get someone quicker could cancel the ticket. enter Google...started calling every number down the list. took too long to get this number as he isn't high enough in the list, but call him. best price, and won't pass because the work is hard. took almost
