How in the world, some might say, did a unique cake company spring up out of nowhere and continue on such an awesome, fast paced baking adventure? A long career as a Management Consultant strangely led me into our ChattyCake world. Work required extensive travel in Europe and along the way, we developed a love of European baking and pastries.
We asked ourselves two important questions: "What makes us different" "What makes us better?" And we continue to challenge ourselves to answer those questions. From the start, we decided if we were going to do this, it had to be THAT good! We bake in small batches with pure ingredients, using fruits, spices, pure extracts, and natural ingredients.

Our cakes are custom-made to individual specifications, Our Website is designed to give an introduction to our style & services. It's impossible to offer a price list since each cake includes so many variables. We take into consideration the number of servings, the complexity of the design elements, and any additional requests.
We take our time making a "European Style" Buttercream--Cooking Meringue, adding Premium Butter, Pure Flavors, Premium Virgin Coconut Oil --smooth, creamy, and delicately sweet. We believe the beauty lies in the detail designs, whether it's the subtle hues, pearls, flowers, gilded fondant, lace, glitter, 3D elements, etc.
Two years ago we started talking about the idea of a Cupcake Vending Machine that would let customers get our cakes & cupcakes at THEIR convenience. We knew it had to have several specific elements to work--refrigerated, soft delivery, Wi-Fi Inventory, LCD touch screen, etc. After exhaustive research, we finally found the Machine made by Mauro Maule in Italy.
Our ACM - Automated Cupcake Machine is the first "Automated Bakery" in the United States, located in the Galleria Mall in Mt. Lebanon, Pa. This is our "store front" and is a convenient way for our customers to get our Cakes & Cupcakes. We believe that every cake showcases your taste and your dream vision. We are delighted to work with you to help realize your own story and create a beautiful memory. OK, an Automated Cupcake Machine, that is WIFI connected, with some of the best gourmet cupcakes with Buttercream. So smooth and sweet. Detailed designs. You can order on line and they deliver to your door.
My wife found the machine and stops by after going to Fresh Market and gets a couple of cupcakes. They are less expensive and better then Nothing Bundt that is nearby.
