Joshua Benjamin was born in Cairo, Egypt and immigrated to the United States with his parents at the age of four. He attended Rutgers University in Camden, NJ and received a Bachelor of Science in both economics and philosophy in only three years.

Our team grants clients access to an online portal where they are given 24/7 access to the status of their immigration case that may concern one of the following areas. Asylum may be granted to any foreign national already in the United States or in the process of entering the states who fit the international definition of "refugee".
As a pool attorney for the Camden county public defenders office, Joshua and the JAB Law team frequently get assigned difficult cases that the public defenders office cannot handle. As a result, we have worked on the most complicated criminal cases. We take this experience and knowledge and apply it to criminal courts across the state of New Jersey where we have built relationships with prosecutors, judges and court house staff.

Mr. Benjamin was great! He talked to me and made me feel comfortable and confident in my legal matters. He normally doesn’t handle TRO/FRO cases in Family court, but he still spoke to me and gave me a good price and options to help retain him in my case. He also said he could refer someone who might be cheaper or who does handle these type of cases normally; which most lawyers don’t do that since they want you to retain them. He gave me a great consultation for free and I’m hoping to retain him for my case. His schedule is book so everyone reading this book him now! 5*****
