Thank you for your interest in our campground. We are a new, private, family owned RV Park and Campground located along the Medina River in the hill country of Bandera, Texas. We are a small park in our early building stage. We are not a fancy glamping 5 star resort, but we are country quiet, and a very peaceful place.
If your looking for a 5 star Hilton resort, it's probably best to keep looking. There is no profit seeking corporation stacking campers on top of each other here. You will appreciate not walking out your door and banging your head on someone else's slide-out. If you're willing to drive past those name brand RV Parks, we promise you won't be disappointed.

Services
Our main RV sites are right across the street from the Medina River, just a short distance or drive away. As our guest, you will have access to the community park on the water and boat ramp. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, boating and swimming the Medina River. Our full-hookup sites provide free electricity, water, sewer, WIFI, and UPS or FedEx package delivery.

Each place you stay, you have your own view of how it went. For my wife and I, it was everything we needed. Yes, it is far from town, but we learned to plan our trips better. At first, the surrounding neighborhood was alarming, but then we came upon this little family owned park, and it was an oasis in the midst of the hill country.
Very quiet at night, and sleeping was easy. The power was good, and the well water good too. The WiFi was pretty good compared to some brand new mega parks we stayed that cost way too much. The owner's family were so welcoming and we felt very safe in their park. The

If you want to camp in someones back yard this is the place. Drove 5 hours to primitive camp somewhere I thought was going to be isolated and away from civilization. It was literally in a buddy of his back yard. An empty lot in a neighborhood that runs along side the river. I was out of pocket for 150 dollars. Website is so misleading it should be reported as false advertising! I stayed one night and I will say it was pretty awkward waking up in a random neighborhood. Could have just saved the trip and camped in my own back yard.

We arrived last minute and glad we gave it a chance. The owners (father and son duo) greeted us as we entered and were more than helpful throughout our stay. Even helped fix an issue I was having with my AC. We were able to drive a short distance down, to get access to the river and go on a hunt for arrowheads. You can grocery shop 20 mins away at the local Lowe’s. Spaces were more than enough to accommodate my family. It even came with a picnic table and burn pit for the firewood. I would recommend and enjoy coming back again!

Here now, first timers. First off, the family that run this place are the friendliest you'll ever meet, AND gave us a military discount. They bent over backwards to squeeze us in last minute. My husband and two boys love to fish, and are enjoying the access to great fishing. I am enjoying floating in a beautiful spot on the river. WE WILL BE REGULARS HERE!!

Spent the weekend here and have nothing but great things to say about this location. Owners are some of the nicest people you can meet and will go out of their way to help you out. Location was clean quite and family friendly, restroom/shower room was clean and well kept. Only reason not rating 5 stars is the water access was slightly limited but nothing that cannot be fixed with cleaning up water frontage, but you have access to nice hoa pool, playground and the Medina lake park is nothing but a nice short drive away. Great if your looking to do some kayaking or floating the water. Would rate

I admit that the place was not quite what I expected, but that turned out to be a good thing! The property is still being developed, but accomedations were MORE than enough with a full bathroom that included a shower and electric outlets. We enjoyed a quiet night with the sounds of nature and enjoyed the campfire while making the perfect smores. The river was BEAUTIFUL and so clear and enjoyable and had deep areas for the more experienced swimmers and shallow for the younger ones. If you enjoy fishing, we caught everything from catfish to trout to perch. The owners were extremely nice and checked

This place is the awesome, quite and beautiful! We went on the Labor Day weekend, and we have the whole place ourselves on Friday night! The water is clear and beautiful, we had such a great time there floating, finding rocks and discovered secret part of the river.
Restroom and bath are very clean at the RV parking area, remember to bring some water with you if you camp in the tent area, but there is always water to wash dishes and WiFi at the RV camping area.
We discovered some great wild animals there too. We saw deers at night right across our tent! And some turkey crew in the early morning

I do think it's important for everyone to know this campsite is new and a work in progress. With that said, our family had a great time here for our weekend stay! It has everything you need for a true camping experience-and there's a shower, restroom and kayaks available for rent. Plus, contained bon fires and alcohol are okay! The owner was beyond pleasant. You can hear the thrill in his voice when he talks about his plans and vision for his property. One piece sits a short way from the river, but is still in walking/ driving distance. The other is by the water, but being worked on. The campground
