This is a really nice campground/resort. The office is closed between noon and 1pm so you don't want to arrive during this time because you can't get in the gate. The office check-in was very nice and professional. The grounds are well maintained and are nicely landscaped. The interior roads are all concrete and super easy to navigate. All of the site pads are concrete and all appear to be really level. The utilities all work well and are nicely surrounded by rock so it will never be muddy. All in all, a beautiful campground/resort!

We have stayed here several times and really enjoyed it. Level sites and are concrete. Nice patio table and chairs. We will be back. Be sure to check out the German Bakery in Castorville. Also eat at Julienna’s next to the RV Park. Delicious food and great view.

First of all, management is awful. . Stayed here a month. Front desk usual ladies besides Jenny are not very nice ladies. Rude. Curt. Lack of empathy. It's not my fault attitude. Would not recommend them for any type of customer service (they are definitely in the wrong position/profession).
It would be foolish not to comment on the appearance of the place as the grounds are way above par. Beautiful place. Management just rubs you the wrong way at every interaction, it turns a beautiful place into a one start RV park. Beautiful on the outside, pretty ugly on the inside. Very superficial place

Post Covid Memorial Day weekend escape. This RV park is close to Glamping, not camping. Beautiful manicured lawns, fantastic pool and patio/deck overlooking pool. Staff super friendly with store onsite. Books, movies, reasonably priced ice. Very nice.

Really nice RV park. All the spots are cement and level. Most have a small table and chairs. Nice bathrooms and clean, spacious laundry. Has a nice pool, although we didn't use it. Would definitely return. Great location.

Wonderful resort and amazing staff! Sites are relatively level, utilities are in a good place and easy to connect. Roads are easy to navigate. The pool was clean and refreshing considering it was 90 that day. All the grass was nicely kept. Only complaint was there was a loud party next to us at 11 at night, but the staff promptly addressed the issue. Lovely resort in the hill country, highly recommend.

We spent 21 days here It was a great place to hunker down during the epic winter storm! Loved the long concrete sites, nice staff, propane service, & friendly neighbors. Resort is dog friendly and offers a few walking trails on the property. Hot tub was nice, but wish the pool was heated. The laundry is very small for the size of the resort. Bathrooms were closed throughout our stay. We stayed in a 600 site. Would not recommend theses sites as the are long, but narrow & are situated on slope. Concrete pad was just wide enough for our 5th wheel & our grassy was not level, so our outside living area

Great rv resort, reasonable prices, security gate to get in and leave, nice little wooded trail to walk near the golf course. Has cable but not good signal. Good wifi included. Very clean and pet friendly. Good level concrete pads and they provide each site a table and two chairs on concrete. Camp hosts were very nice & friendly!

My only con was that the lady that took us in seemed to be irritated that we booked after hours for that same night but we figured if it wasn't allowed, it would not have allowed us to complete the reservation. We even called the after hours number as instructed but they did not answer because they were in the office and left the phone in their trailer. That being said...
Nice wide roads within the campground. Love the idea of a table and chairs instead of the usual picnic table. Campsite was pretty dark tho (at least where our campsite was), but that didn't bother us none. It was

Very nice park with all the amenities. Good utilities/water pressure. Wifi can be a little finicky some nights but they do have the bandwidth to stream Netflix and the like. Verizon cell phone coverage is good. One of the nice things about the resort is it's very quite and while night time lighting present it is very dim.

My family and I booked reservations for this weekend and my father wanted to check the park out before booking his reservations as well. He showed up slightly after closing and called the after-hours number to take a look around the park. Gregory answered and was extremely rude to him. We will now instruct the rest of our family to cancel their reservations as well. Way to run off your guests!

Very clean and level sites, concrete with patio and two chairs and table included! Beautiful pool/spa area and away from rat race of SA yet close enough to go if you want. Wonderful staff. Clean laundry room. Do be careful of scorpions at night!

We are giving this a 5 because it is an RV Resort golf course Pool Spa reasonably priced fine dining not very far from San Antonio beautiful part very very manicured the Prices range from if you want to be a back in by the fence to having a yard trees and pots and plants provided it's just really a very very nice resort and surprisingly though the price was very reasonable. The little town of Castroville that it's located in is a fun little down to drive around I highly recommend going to a Whataburger but mostly go to Willy's in San Antonio the best fried chickens we ate the whole

We stayed here for almost 3 weeks in February. Everything about this RV park is top notch. We stayed in a casita and our friends were in a pull through. The entire park was spotless and well groomed. The wifi was not fast but it was adequate and always worked. Verizon phones always had 4 plus bars. The public restrooms and showers were huge and the laundry was adequate. The office was always manned with helpful folks and the staff was available to add propane to our motorhome when needed. The restaurant is Julianna's and was the best surprise of the stay. It is simply superb. Also

Absolutely stunning. This is probably one of best RV parks I've stayed at, and I have traveled the entire country for a year, so I've seen a lot of parks. Every spot is concrete, so leveling is a snap. Right next to the golf course, and set back from the more traveled roads, so you don't get hardly any road noise from anywhere. There is also a great restaurant connected to the main office called Julianna's, which I have reviewed as well. The only thing this park is missing is trees.

This resort has great potential to be a top quality resort. However, we were in the rear section of the park and the 3 sites behind us were "residences", like a mobile home park, for local families. Between the 3, I counted 8 small children, toddler to elementary school age. The sites were cluttered with bikes, scooters, coolers, even wooden stairs/porch into the rv's. It was noisy and the rodeway was filled with children. Like living in a playground, not a resort. Dog park is along a dirt trail through scrub. The warning from the desk was to be careful of poisonous snakes, scorpions

Just awesome! We just stayed for 2 months and regret leaving. Great sites, well laid out and good use of landscape to hide your neighbors utilities. Mike, Janet and the staff are great and make you feel very welcome. The restaurant has great food and the golf course next door is a fun track. It's also close to hill country so there are great motorcycle rides close by. We plan to return every year.

Drove in from San Antonio for a weekend getaway and had a great time. Resort is first rate with all the amenities you would expect at a resort. Work out room is modern and looks out over the golf course. Full spa service for the wife to get her nails done while I'm downstairs in the full bar with large screen tv watching NFL playoffs. Last night we were in the hot tub with full bar service looking at a sky full of stars. If you are in the area and looking for a great RV experience look no further. I will be back!

What a fabulous resort ! Truly upscale. The bathrooms /showers have granite countertops and beautiful tile on the walls The common areas - -pool, office, pavilion -- are really nice ! Restaurant on site ! Lots are huge - with beautiful green grass and blooming shrubs. Motorhomes can rent the sites that have a casita - including an outdoor kitchen and gorgeous views of the beautiful golf course. If you golf this is a wonderful place for you to visit - and lots of history and old historical homes/buildings to see. There isn't much for kids to do except enjoy the pool. But if you golf
