So I contacted Bolton Air after having one company in the Savannah area come out and check on my HVAC. We had just moved into this house and I contacted the first company I came too. This was my mistake. This other company came out and told me that I did not have a blower in my air conditioner and that I was gonna have to pay at least $800 for a bandaid fix. It literally said bandaid fix on the quote. To get a Golden fix I was going to have to pay $2000. Of course I was stressing. So I started looking online again. After my existing old system stopped working, I called Bolton Air as they had been very helpful for some service in the past. The staff was very friendly throughout the entire process and we easily established a very good rapport. They never even complained that my attic access ladder was pretty much broken and they had to make use of a step ladder throughout the install; not to mention having to make use of an access point at the opposite end of the house to bring in the air-handler which had to be a pain for them. I highly recommend Bolton for anyone in need of service or installation of HVAC

I recently needed to get help from another commercial appliance repair company. So I looked up the availability and called 3-4 companies, Bolton actually was the first one that had a person answer the phone not an automated response. I described the issue I was having and they were at my place within 2.5 hours. The service representative was great at being knowledgeable on his trade. I'm a little bias to the company because I work there. However, I have worked with several companies in my day. So truly I have a great inside prospective. This is the most honest, hard working guys I've seen in this field. Seems like I could go on for days, but that says something by just saying that.
