I had a clogged sewer line that was backing up into my basement bathroom. I called Drain Solutions and Fidel was at my home within an hour. Very professional and courteous he cleared the blockage quickly.

Got a quote from Drain solutions with an appointment for them to come to my house on A Sunday between the hours of 8:00 - 10:00 am by 10:00 am I called them with no response back. By the time the technician called me it was almost 12:00 pm and I had already called another plumber. Very unprofessional

The tenants had a clogged shower drain. I called three plumbers, and these folks were the first to respond with same-day availability. Fidel arrived on time and was a true professional in every aspect of his work. The issue was resolved in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to call these folks again.

Denis was available in the evening. Had to wait close to two hours since my 7pm phone call, but it was worth it. They snaked clogs and gave advice what to do to prevent future occurrences. They were efficient and seemed like that had a lot of experience. I would hire them again.

Dennis and/or Fidel always do a great job and really take the time to cover all options to fix our problem. We've used them for clogged drainage pipes two times, a clogged toilet, and a clogged sink that just wouldn't unclog with the store bought stuff. They come on time every time and are super professional. Sorry for not leaving a review until 2 years and five services later!

Amazing service (friendly, speedy and efficient)! My toilet was clogged for 2 days and I called Dennis at Drain Solutions Plus. He was able to arrive within an hour of my call. He looked at my toilet, made an assessment and then he and his teammate worked on it and cleared the clog in about 10 minutes. I highly recommend and would hire again! I recieved quotes from other companies and this was by far the best, especially for the area.

I made an appointment this past Wednesday, Oct 16th for 9-11am to get an estimate for a renovation project in our basement - so definitely not some small plumbing issue like a clogged drain. They never showed up. I called and left a msg as well as contacted them via yelp messanger without a response. One may say that this review isn't a valid one because we didn't get serviced by this company however, I took time off from work to have them stop by. Many of us live busy lives with schedules to abide by. A company that doesn't have the courtesy to keep their appointments or respond

I had a clogged tub, and I called a couple of plumbers to come and help me with my problem. Most of them were not available or could not come until the next day. I called Drain Solutions, from all the great reviews, they came within an hour and fixed my problem. I was given a very reasonable price and I was very happy with the service. I highly recommend.

I recently called Drain Solutions Plus to get a quote on fixing my sewer line after a previous plumber told me it needed to be replaced. I scheduled an appointment with Anese and he did a video inspection of the drain pipes. He said that replacing the whole pipe wasn't necessary and I just needed to clean it every few years. I appreciated his honesty on the matter since most plumbers have a tendency to over exaggerate simple fixes. Definitely got an A+ rating in my book.
