Kelly was born in Durango, Colorado and raised in Illinois. After graduating from college she moved to Wisconsin and started her career. Kelly was employed by General Electric (GE) for 20 years and after leaving the company, her dream was always to move to Florida as her parents lived in Sarasota. They encouraged her to sell her home and move near them.
She did just that but didn't know where her path would take her living in Florida. While playing golf with her mom, Ande, at her club in Sarasota, she met her destiny. FiFi! And low and behold it was FiFi, founder of Fifi's Fine Resale Apparel. I am so excited to bring this unique consignment boutique to Boca Raton.

By following our policies, our customer's will be ensured they are getting great quality items at bargain prices. Items which have not sold after the allotted time period will be automatically donated unless otherwise indicated.

Fifi had a "Karen Moment" while I was in the store. It made me feel uncomfortable. I don't think she realized what she was saying out loud. I understand it was not her intention to make me feel uncomfortable. Everything she said to me was friendly and kind. My overall experience was less than enjoyable to be triggered by a stranger. The store had cute items. My values include supporting small businesses while helping the environment while enjoying quality luxury items. However, I also believe that we should treat all human beings with dignity and respect.

SCAM!!!!! DO NOT TRY AND SELL YOUR ITEMS HERE!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!! My wife brought 3 items to sell here. 2 pairs of shoes and a purse. One of the pairs of shoes sold and we were waiting to hear about the other items. After a few weeks we called and the lady didn’t mention the purse. When asked about it she said she no longer had it because we had picked it up…..except we never picked it up. She just stole it and was adamant we picked it up. This is the worst consignment shop in the state of Florida. I took some items there to sell and the lady took them in and said to check back. When I checked back she said that I had already picked my items up. The owner is a liar and a thief, she stole my items. I would never ever, ever recommend this place to anyone including my worst enemy. Danger do not visit here ever. They are closed most of the time and always blame it on a family sickness. If there is always a family sickness maybe you should have someone else there to work.

We checked the website and your web page informed us that you were open! (We had read you weren’t open when other people went). We got there and doors were locked!!!! A wore out, faded note on door read, you were working on buying consignment s from home! Phone number was listed, we called, no one answered and no one called us back! We left our number. While we were standing outside, 3 other people came to the store. Your neighboring store said you haven’t been there for at least three weeks! We were on vacation and could’ve spent our time on something else! Very disappointing!!!!!

It’s 11:05 on a Saturday morning. The store is locked and dark and there are other customers waiting outside. I came with items to sell on consignment because the website says no appointments necessary however upon arrival, a sign on the door says appointment necessary. Not a good way to run a business. Two stars because the inside looks clean and organized.

It was my first time going to this beautiful consignment store in East Boca at the Royal Palm Plaza. I purchased a beautiful leather bag at 50% off. She has great designer stuff at a great price. You def have to go with time because there’s a lot of beautiful stuff that you need to take your time. And the owner is so nice, I can’t wait to go back.
