Adam with GO TAXI saved the day! 45 minutes before Amtrak was due to leave, my original transportation plans went belly up and I panicked. Never called Go Taxi before but was so glad I did! Miraculously Adam appeared at my door fifteen minutes later and I easily made the 5:30AM train! Thank you. I’ll be using GO TAXI again!

I had a 5 AM flight, and I scheduled a pickup for 4 AM. The company called me at 4:02 to tell me the car had broken down and they would pick me up in 20 minutes. This was unacceptable as I needed to be at the airport in 20 minutes, hence why I scheduled the pickup for 4 and not 4:20.
Because of this, I had to leave my car in airport parking for a month, which ended up costing me $300. The airport was kind enough to give me the economy pricing, or else it would have been $480. I cannot stress enough how unacceptable this was, and I would strongly urge anyone to not use this company.

I love Go Taxi. No matter our imperfections or how much the ride share supporters sabotage us and leave bad reviews, Go Taxi has built an infrastructure that we use to give better and better service. It's too bad our integrity at being honest about our availability is often taken as rude. Most ride services tell everyone 15 to 20 minutes and drop the remainder who have issues after over an hour wait. We own our issues when they arise and will do anything we are able except be abused. Today after my 60 hours of Taxi I was woken by an issue of a lady screaming at one of our drivers who is on hour

We were on our honeymoon to get to Langlois Oregon from the Eugene airport which mind everyone was a three hour drive. Not only did they say they could help after we explained our predicament to them they offered us a discount they offered us a bump up on the pick up time and they were on the ball to come pick us up. Extremely accommodating and me and my wife are extremely thankful and we didn’t even use the service but will be sure to use for anything we could possibly need in Eugene next time we are here but thank you to Johnny and everyone there and highly highly recommend.
