Christine is a certified specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law with the California State Bar. She has been practicing exclusively immigration law since 2006. She previously worked as Interim Staff Attorney for Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights in San Francisco with their Pro Bono Asylum Program, and as Staff Attorney for Arab American Legal Services, part of the San Francisco Immigrant and Legal Education Network.

Naturalization is the process of becoming a United States Citizen. Generally, Lawful Permanent Residents can apply for citizenship after they have been in resident status for five years. In many instances, those married to a United States Citizen may be eligible to file to naturalize after only three years in resident status.

Christine's preparation meeting was critical for my Mom –an English learner– to pass her citizenship interview. Christine, Johanna, and Ana were all a fantastic team.
