I am Dr. Nicole Stahl and for the past 8 years, I have been pleased to offer psychiatric services to children, adolescents and adults in the Katy, Fulshear and greater Houston area. I specialize in treating a variety of psychiatric issues including but not limited to: ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, and psychotic disorders. Services
In order to reserve your initial appointment, a credit card must be left on file. If you fail to show up for your initial appointment or cancel/reschedule less than 2 full business days in advance, you will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment. Dr. Stahl does not double book appointments.
It is recommended that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment to take care of initial paperwork and payment. For your convenience, you can download the initial information packet and complete it prior to your visit. You may also pick it up from our office prior to the day of your appointment.

Dr Stahl has been amazing. I don’t see how anyone can give her or her office staff a 1 star. Dr Stahl has been helpful in getting to the root of my daughters issues instead of just prescribing her medication. She’s compassionate and well connected to additional resources that allow her to put together a comprehensive diagnosis.

Dr. Stahl is a very caring and conscientious doctor. Her diagnosis of my teenage daughter was done carefully and conservatively instead of jumping right into medication. Her evaluation is comprehensive and she takes various factors into consideration when approaching the whole person. Her front office staff (I don't know the name(s)) is friendly and helpful.

This is the most incompetent and insensitive group of people I’ve ever had to deal with. Aricella at the front desk has zero compassion with an attitude on top. You will ABSOLUTELY need a psychiatrist after dealing with these people. You have MANY choices for mental healthcare but under no circumstances should you use this group. I take my daughter to Katy Psychiatrists now and it’s night and day with the treatment she’s receiving. Save your money, sanity and self respect—Choose another group, this place isn’t for you considering how important these things are.

I have been taking my child to Dr. Stahl even before she was in Katy, over 7 years. I have several options to have my child seen by a doctor that’s in my insurance’s network, but I will only take her to Dr. Stahl. She is the best. As a parent, the scariest situation to be in is to worry that a doctor will over medicate. We have had teachers fill out evaluations stating that the dosage wasn’t enough. Dr. Stahl said to me, “ I am not looking for perfection, I’m looking for improvement.” I will always have my child under her care. She is safe, caring and thoughtful.

Ignore the 1 star review. Dr. Stahl’s staff is organized, helpful and superb. Her offices are brand new. More importantly, she is a caring and conservative physician. Especially, with regards to medications for children. My family has been seeing her for years and you won’t find a better psychiatrist in the area, including the med center.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Her office staff is dingy and incompetent. If you are a professional working parent (or have a life) and cannot be glued to your phone awaiting their call, this is not the doctor for you. Save your time and contact a professional who runs an ethical business and has competent office staff that can notify you TIMELY with any issues. Just for reference, giving a patient an hour to call back because their office staff forgot to contact you the week prior, is poor business.
