Michael Perry is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, State Certified Residential Contractor, and Owner of Consult Realty & Management. Before entering the real estate business in 2004, Mike was a Technology/Business education teacher in the Florida Public School System. In 2005, Mike pioneered the Teachers Home Purchase Program which has donated thousands of dollars to public schools.
Marie has shared her love for houses since 1989, where she started her career in Syracuse, NY at Gallinger Real Estate Better Homes & Gardens, the #1 producing company. Marie consistently ranked in the top 25% of 150 agents. In 1996, Marie transferred to Indianapolis and joined F.C.Tucker Real Estate, another #1 company.
Gino Simone Jr is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate at Consult Realty and Management, a small business owner and President of Home Body Enterprises of Florida, Inc. A Graduate of the Lay Pastoral Ministry Institute for the Diocese of St. Petersburg, Gino had been teaching catechesis for over twenty years.
