How many jobs does Aryn Waddle have to be terminated from for threatening and mistreating employees/residents? Can't believe she keeps getting property management jobs. Do these companies know what due diligence is? I wouldn't do any business with this company based solely on the fact she works for them.

I own a cleaning company and did work for Stonewater Apartments. I have not been paid in 5 months. I have talked to property management, net vendor but no one can help me. No way to get ahold of Carroll management. Net vendor said they can pay one lump payment but nobody knows how to reach them. No phone numbers, no contacts

I am still young in my professional career and have been with Carroll now for a year as an assistant manager. My direct manager is awesome and so helpful/knowledgeable, I feel she is one of many great managers within the company. Carroll is always expanding its horizons to better the experience for residents and on site personnel. The benefits are great and pay is competitive with some of the larger based companies out there. These apartments will move you and your family into an apartment with mold growing in the vents and out of the walls! And then follow up w/ smart remarks like "did the mold just magically appear" "I only said we dont have mold because we dont call it that " "mold is not harmful" & "I dont need your back talk" as if you asked to be put in this environment. Imagine being 4 months pregnant with a high risk pregnancy and paying over $1700 to move into an apartment that has a mold problem. Would you expect their response to be "can you move out by the

Carroll Management's care and commitment to their residents and employees is evident in everything they do. They are especially good about recognizing and appreciating people as individuals. Recently, an officer in our area was killed in the line of duty leasing a wife and two children and with out hesitation Carroll stepped up to contribute money and help organize and event for the entire community. Customer service DOES NOT exist here at Arium Glenridge formerly Nevadan. I am in my second apartment within a year for a foundation leak issue. Within the first apartment no one acknowledged my work order and the leak turned into mold. Now in the second apartment 7 months in another foundation leak. My repairs took 3 WEEKS FOR REPAIRS and I am not being offered rent reduction. I pay Carroll Companies and they are pointing the finger to the vendors. This is proof that they do not value our relationship or care about my inconvenience. I pay to reside within my ENTIRE apartment not partial.
