I have to say this was a most pleasant experience for me and my mom. When my dad recently passed I chose horizon for cremation services. I am sure glad I did. First, I want to thank Fred from the bottom of my heart. On Monday, December 13th, 2021, my mother was having a simple procedure performed at the hospital, they said she'd be home the next day. Unfortunately my mother died after the procedure due to certain parties careless mistakes, it was an awful day made worse by how it happened. Needless to say, learning of her passing the way we did and knowing what she must've went thru, was all too surreal as well as unacceptable to all of us. I decided to call to the funeral home. I couldn't let my dad do it because we were and still are, in shock and

Horizon took care of our mother's funeral arrangements four years ago and did an outstanding job. Fred was kind, compassionate and walked us through the process. When we were there at one of the lowest points in our lives, Fred was the one we counted on, and he delivered. When our father died of a heart attack in the middle of this Covid 19 crisis the rules had changed. During this horrible corona virus my son past, we could not have a proper funeral for him due to restrictions of gatherings. However Fred & Gary were accommodating in allowing us to have some alone time at the funeral parlor with my son.
