I will NEVER use this service again!! they tried taking advantage of me due to I am a woman. I spent over $2000 with them and they still tried charging me over $200 for a radiator hose. The customer service was fine but they triple charged me both times that i paid them to do a service (found out once i researched). I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company especially for women because they are very dishonest!! I will be contacting the BBB regarding my personal matter but I dont want another person to be taken advantage of. The only reason why i gave the one star is due to i could not post this without choosing

I took my Prius here today. They did an excellent job on the oil change and brakes and also identified that the bearings were in need of replacing. My car no longer makes that awful noise! The price was very reasonable, I would even say low, for all the work they did. I will definitely be coming back for future maintenance.

Josh and his dad took care of my 1987 Volvo Sedan and they took such good care of me and my car that when I got my 2005 Hyundai Tuscon they have done all the work needed on that! Excellent jobs, I also recommended my sister with her Subaru and they took fantastic care of her. I can't say enough good things about Josh and Jessie. For women to build trust with their mechanics and cars speaks volumes--------these men you can trust because they will not mislead you and will work hard to make sure everything is taken care of and that you are safe and they don't gouge you with overall costs...I highly

Wow! I read the reviews on Yelp but was sceptical...who can really be that great? After buying a car, getting it serviced is my least favorite thing, what with all the mystery charges, work not asked for, outlandish bills for simple stuff, jacked up prices for parts, etc, etc. So I decided to give them a try and found out for myself what the praise is about.

Tim and Josh are the best! We've been loyal customers ever since we heard about them from neighbors 7 years ago. We currently have a 1995 Acura Integra of which we're the original owners and a 2000 Honda Accord we bought in 2013 from its original owner. We drive both with confidence because we know and trust the depth of expertise and professionalism that Tim and Josh bring to their work and to our cars. I can't say enough good things about Tim and Josh. They're honest, down to earth and go above and beyond. I was referred to them by a family member and even though I've moved away from the area, I still take my car here. They've helped me when I'm in a pinch and need work done asap. 5 stars isn't enough for them!!

Everything mentioned here is spot on. I have a Honda Accord and found Tim (by the grace of God) just by looking for Honda repair shops in the yellow pages. Yes, "yellow pages". I have been with him that that long, since about 1998-1999, when they were at their old shop by KSTP TV and used the Hondaworks name. Tim has always been super honest and just an all around great person. The perfect combination for a repair guy if you ask me. I consider him a good friend now, too. I will save time and just affirm everything the other reviewers have said. Tim and his son are awesome. I never expect them to do stuff for free, but they do anyway. They charge a normal mechanic's price for big jobs, but they do the little stuff for now charge and do everything they can to save you money.
I've had to insist on payment several times.
The one thing I'll say is that there are only two of them (maybe three) and they get nothing but good online reviews...which means they're busy. I think Tim works something like 12-16 hour days 7 days a week, but he still gets

Have lived in the Twin Cities for five years and have been going to Dynotech since I found them. You will NEVER find a nicer, more down to earth and HONEST mechanic than Tim and his son who run the shop. I honestly think they charge too little for their work because when you pick your car up, you know the best job was done and the condition is exactly as they say it is. Cannot rave enough about these guys, seriously. You will not go wrong, highly HIGHLY recommended!!!!!

They say a good, honest mechanic is worth his weight in gold. If that's the case these guys are worth a fortune.
I have had my car here twice. Once for a new radiator, and once because my brakes were making an odd noise and getting hot. Both times they were very helpful and thorough in explaining the issue and by far the most reasonable when it came to the actual repair cost. On top of that, their turnover was also prompt. But what sold me without a doubt was their honesty. Let me explain. I was certain, based off a past experience years ago, I would need new calipers, brake pads and rotors

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. First of all, they are open late (so you can actually pick up your car after work) and usually on weekends. In fact, I don't think Tim actually takes vacations, which I rib him about when I drop my car off for weekend repairs. Second, he is exceedingly honest. I kept asking him to replace my timing belt but he wouldn't do it until he actually felt it loosening up, at about 120K miles. I've sent my friends there and they've all had a similar experience. We swap our funny Tim stories with each other, thanking god the whole time
