This is the most unprofessional doctors office I have ever been in. I arrived 30 minutes early as to fill out paperwork my apt. Was at 10:15 and was not taken back until about 11:15 I told them and all the staff did was lie because I said something about the lack of professional care they asked me to leave without seeing the doctor. I would not recommend anyone to ever go to this place .they are horrible mean people.

After being in a car accident my back was severely injured,,
herniated disc‘s lots of pressure on my sciatica nerve making it difficult to function in life,,,,,
Dr. Torres at Novus Spin Center knew exactly what to do, After a few series of injections I quickly felt relief!!!
They brought my pain level from an excruciating 8.5. To a very tolerable 2.0
And that is managed with an oral anti-inflammatory,,,
I will forever be grateful to Dr. Torres and his very compassionate helpful staff,,

Amazing First Visit!! Can not begin to say what a great experience I had with Dr. Torres and his staff ( especially assistant Devan) first I did not spend anytime in the waiting room, was taken right back, and was given all the time needed to complete intake questions, Dr. Torres came in and was so pleasant! Great bedside manner, never felt rushed at any point. Was detailed in description of treatment, made sure to answer all questions and concerns in user friendly terms! Dr. Torres has been a life saver for me. He has worked diligently to find the source and the correct procedure to alleviate my pain. I cannot give him enough stars (*) to show how much I appreciate what he has done to help me. I have never been to another doctor who takes such personal care with his patients. Dr Torres treated me for lower back pain. I underwent 2 surgeries left and right sacroiliac joint infusions over a year. Today , I am pain free! The staff at the Novus Spine Center is excellent, thoughtful, accommodating and knowledgeable. The staff at Winter Haven Day Surgery the same. I have no ending of words to describe the abilities of Dr Torres . From my first visit to last, his friendliness and empathy helped in the total healing process. I would recommend Dr Torres and the Novus Spine Center for your pain management and spinal issues. Rated a 11!!!!

From the extremely clean facility, staff, nurses, and care with Dr Torres, since I have been seeing him for over the past 2 years I have been extremely happy I chose him as my pain Dr. He listens carefully to all my concerns and is always extremely professional. I definitely recommend him to anyone in need of any of the care services in which he offers. He has controlled my pain which has changed my way of life in a great way. Very thorough doctor for sure!
