Dr. DeLaTorre Is one of the best doctors that I have dealt with in a long time. It is nice to have a doctor that goes out of his way to explain everything to you and doesn’t make you feel rushed. He takes as much time as you need to ask any questions that you have and makes you feel very comfortable with the treatment that you were given. He doesn’t make you feel like you’re talking to a doctor, he makes you feel like you’re talking to a friend that feels concerned about what you’re going through.

I am a person of habit, so change is very hard for me. I've gone to the same pain management for the past 3.5 years, despite insurance issues. I was really nervous about going to a new doctor. All in all, my first visit went well. The doctor was very knowledgeable, he took the time to explain my condition, listening to my concerns along the way as well. The facility was very clean and all the staff were really helpful and friendly. Had to call after hours and the turn around time for a return call was almost immediate.

I have never walked out of an office before. It takes a LOT for me to complain and the fact that I'm posting it means it truly was something horrible. My first visit was over 2 hours but being the patient person I am, I really didn't think anything of it and the doctor said they were training someone new and were a little backed up. When I went to get my MRI and X-ray orders, there was mass confusion as to what the doctor wanted and what was being printed by the staff; all occurring while the doctor was standing right there. Again, it was my first visit so I didn't think twice
