Have ended up needing to deal with an elderly relative's house. I'm not sure this basement has been dry in decades! Extremely wet and moldy smelling. Disgusting.
A trusted family friend and realtor recommended these guys. The owner scheduled us quickly, on a Saturday. It has only been a week but I will update this if things change while I am dealing with this house.
They powerwashed the entire basement. Removed a bunch of shelves and wood partitions that were moldy. Were very careful.
This is the first time this basement has been dry. Even despite rain last night! Which definitely has not happened

Can I rate this a -5? Folks, dont waste your money. Hired in summer 2018 to fix a moisture problem in our ranch style house. One room was particularly bad in our basement. We ended up with drain tile all around the house, 2 sump pumps, and the EZ breathe. The project plan changed 1/2 through the project because Dean underestimated the project equipment needs. The crew dumped rubbish in the backyard creek (which I had to complain to him to remove-- who does that??). My yard was left with ALL clay on top and tons and tons of rock. And then, 2 weeks after the project was done, my basement flooded
