My daughter has been going for 2 years. I havnt seen her learn any new moves in the past 1.5 years. She seems to have learnt more from her dance classes at school. A third of the time the head teacher doesnt show up. We went for the Big show performance today, some of the classes were doing impeccably. Our daughter's class had girls looking at each other to figure out the steps. So maybe we are unlucky to have a bad teacher. This whole week I have had to step out of work several times to go for their picture day, theater rehearsal, etc which is not that easy for working parents. But at the

My six year old daughter has come here for the past 3 years and loves it! She was in a Saturday morning class at first, and started going twice a week this past year. Most of all she just has so much fun and always looks forward to going to class. She is also learning a lot and has gained confidence. The teachers we've had (Ms. Patricia, Ms. Brooke, and Ms. Ashley) have all been really energetic, patient, and caring. The combo classes (tap, ballet, and jazz) are perfect for beginners to hold their interest and learn a variety of skills. There is always at least one especially fun dance

If I can give negative star, they will get what they deserve. 1. The class style is play base. If your kids really want to learn something, this is not a right place. 2. The annual rehearsal cost more and more. This year (2017), if you want to go to annual performance, you have to pay almost $100 for a very cheap dancing dress. And a audience ticket cost $25. 3. I drop off my kid from them in February, but they charge me for March. I got the charge today showing I own May tuition. I called in, the receptor told me I own them for March. But, no matter March or May, I do not own you.

This is from the point of view of the parent of a five-year-old girl.
Classes and teaching are generally good. My daughter is more comfortable here than she was at her previous class where she felt nervous and got stage fright.
Seating for parents is inadequate. They should put more chairs in and ideally have more with a view into the studio. There is never enough on a Saturday morning.
Only one real complaint: this studio will take any opportunity to close for the weekend. For example, when there is a public holiday coming up on a Monday, Dance Attack will generally close the preceding

I have been going to Dance Attack for almost 15 years now (so this review is long overdue). I started going for myself as an adult dancer and my daughter (now 10) has been dancing there at least 6 years. Between the two of us we have tried almost every class and teacher. I have performed in 3 "Big Shows" and my daughter in 2 so far. They do a show every other year which I think is great because it lets the students focus on performance for the show year and technique for the alternate years.
The office staff is also great. Dolores has been there since I started and Shellie for almost

This is a review of their teen/adult beginner hip hop class.
This studio has a ton of kids ballet, jazz and tap classes so don't let the army of 6 yr girls in pink tutus and 14 yr old girls in black leotards who have been dancing literally half their life and can therefore dance circles around you dissuade you from trying this place out if you're like me (as in over the age of 14, no dance experience, but want to learn hip hop).
The teachers I've had are Lisa and Katie and both are incredibly talented, knowledgeable, laid-back, friendly, and know how to teach. Something to be aware

My daughter is 2.5 and takes the ballet/tap class with Ms Katie. She absolutely loves it. She is extremely social and hyper and Ms Katie deals with it like a pro. She can't wait to go to dance class throughout the week. It is a smaller class, about 4 students. I actually like it this way since the kids are so young there's not a bunch if littles running around everywhere. It is quite far from where we live, but that was my choice. Since I danced here when I was in a company I thought it would be nice to take her somewhere familiar. The studio front is a bit small but it goes back pretty

This is a top notch school and dance company in every way. As a psychologist and former dancer as well as a mom, I highly recommend it for your children and for adults as well! The teachers are amazing and care for the growth of each individual. There are a lot of classes and dance styles to choose from and the environment is positive and family friendly. We are looking forward to the new Bollywood classes!
The studio has become a second home and family for us for the last 8 years! You will be glad you chose this school!

Both my daughters are taking lessons there and we all absolutely love it. The improved this year, in the previous years sometimes they would get inexperienced teachers or experienced teachers that didn't have a good variety of music and moves for kids but this past year there seem to be a lot of improvement. I've seen many teachers that are just great! The variety of classes is also getting richer and more interesting, like a tumblings class or a dance combo class for little ones that includes ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop and tumbling. I can also sit comfortable and work on my computer

Belated review on this place. My daughter took lessons for a year from 2008-2009, and she absolutely loved it. She was in one of the younger (but not youngest) tap/ballet classes, and ended the year with one of their biennial (that means every two years - I had to look it up) big performances at the San Jose performing arts center. This performances was very, very long, but it was amazing to see the high level of achievement by some of the older students.
The teachers are very friendly and charming, and really enjoy their work. They make it fun, but they also take it seriously. Even for the

I've been going to this studio for 10 years now and I love it! I've met some fabulous people there that are lifelong friends.
When I was looking to take classes many years ago, I tried every studio I could find in the area and this one had the best teachers and classes for adults. They use current music (some studios use music I can't related to) and teach classes not just at a beginning but a intermediate and advanced skill level. That's hard to find and I'm glad I found Dance Attack.
It is mainly a kid studio, but they have a great jazz classes but also hip hop, tap
