Services
Think Outside of the BOX. We select to customer preference and deliver "fresh from the greenhouse" to our wholesale customers. We never pack and ship in boxes and we never haul them around for days from store to store. You get what you order and you get it directly from our greenhouse to you. It couldn't be faster, fresher, or easier.
From Asheville:Take I-26 Exit 40 (Airport Exit), follow Hwy 280 West for 4.7 miles, turn left at the traffic light onto NC 191 - Haywood Rd (There's a Marathon gas station on the corner). Turn right. Go 3.0 miles. We're on the left side of Hwy 64 and next to the Etowah Shopping Center. Look for our big sign at the road.
Among experienced and very successful orchid growers the exact method and "routine" may vary, but all agree that proper watering and feeding is very important to success. We recommend that you DON'T KEEP orchid roots WET. That does not mean that you should not thoroughly wet the roots and potting medium.
Few plants are easier. You only need to know some basics for success. Knowing more will enhance the rewards and enjoyment. Ask questions of knowledgeable growers, read a book, join a local and/or the American Orchid Society. They need light but not direct strong light which can burn the leaves. Filtered or indirect sunlight is best.
