Care Smile Dental has provided comprehensive dental care to thousands of families. Our patients come from around the block as well as surrounding counties to experience the warm, personal care we provide. If you have a life-threatening or severe injury, call 911 or go directly to the nearest hospital emergency room.
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Care Smile Dental does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. STAY AWAY he's all about $$$ NOT patient care! He twisted my husband's upper partial during the fitting, did not fix it, couldn't fix it and never accepted responsibility of his error! But we were billed each time he went in to 'adjust' it, in which time he did nothing but file one side down, making it worse each time!
Eventually just said we'd need to order & pay for a whole new piece!
So over $1000 later, and tons of frustrated appointments, all we have is a partial that doesn't fit!

I recently moved to the area and was terrified to look for a new dentist because I so loved my one in California. Well, I am beyond lucky I found Care Smile Dental in Concord MA. Dr. Dai is amazing. She is kind, understanding, and just makes going to the dentist a joy. The staff at Care Smile are so helpful and really go out of their way to help you.

In Oct 2020, I went to see this dentist for a cleaning at the time because I relocated to this area during the pandemic. I was looking for temporary dental care to keep up with my cleaning routine.
I picked this place because of the reviews... but my experience says otherwise. I honestly regret coming. I have never seen a dentist that does a hygiene cleaning and that was a first red flag.
The second red flag, the dentist handled my mouth very poorly during the cleaning. Really tugged at the corners of my mouth.
The third red flag, the dentist was insistent that I should patch my teeth roots

Today 11/03 I went for a regular tooth cleaning. My hygienist was Monica and she is incredible. I am 57 year old and this is by far the best Dentistry that I have ever been to! Monica was attentive, cleaned my teeth thoroughly without cutting the corners, proactively warned me about areas where I need to pay more attention and gave me a precise instructions what I need to do to take a proper care of my deep gum pockets. She is radiating a positive energy which makes everyone happy around her.

Granted, I called on a Saturday - however, I waited until Monday at 3PM to even get a response. Wouldn't be a problem, if the call weren't about a dental abscess - a potentially spreading infection, where time kinda counts... Luckily, I found K Health app over the weekend, only spent 23$, and am taking antibiotics, before they even called back. Definitely not using them for anything pressing! 48 hours is a little longer than I hope to wait, while worried for my health, and after calling an "urgent care" line. Not much urgency detected on their end.

Impeccable office, With incredible staff. I had an emergency with my wisdom teeth over the weekend , staff booked me fast & same day. Dr.Chen answered all my questions thoroughly and explained all details of the procedure to me. The appointment went by so fast, and I had felt no pain. I will be changing my primary dental office to care smile. I have never received so much effort & thoughtfulness from a practice like this. They definitely CARE about you, and genuinely want to help. I've been to over 30 dentists in my life, and this place honestly is flawless. I have recommended it to everyone near the Harvard Ayer Boxborough Acton and Littleton area! I literally flew home from Florida for 4 root canals two days ago, have not been in any pain or been swollen (even without icing)! They are very qualified and gentle with their handling of each patient. I have had both Dr Chen and DR Zhong do work on me, and they genuinely care. I had my other dentist tell me to get a root canal or extract a tooth, but DR Chen recommended me to just do the filling. He said even though it

Dr. Chen is SO efficient, patient, and understanding. I've had molars removed at other oral surgeons and you would think wisdom teeth removal would be more invasive, but come to Dr.Chen and you'll be in and out of the chair in I kid you not less than 5 minutes. The amount of time it took start to finish was maybe 15 seconds. I'm in shock with how little time it took. He's very confident in his education and profession and you are in good hands with this office. I can't say enough good things about this place, I am changing all my dental services here. Dr Chen removed 4 of my 6 wisdom teeth on friday. He was extremely patient with my anxiety and took his time. I didn't feel a thing during the procedure and he was super fast. I was able to drive home afterward because I only had local anasthesia. I am healing incredibly fast and no complications yet. Highly recommend!!

First of all, I highly recommend this place! Dr.Chen is amazing! I had one of my wisdom tooth removed in China and it was bad experience. I was so nervous this time to remove the remaining three off. But Dr.Chen did an awesome job! He finished within in 20min even though I still have one that is partially showed up with no pain at all. He explained everything in detail with me. He is really kind and sweet! Highly recommend! I changed my mind of teeth removal now.

Dr. Chen was fantastic. I've had bad experiences with some dentists in the past while getting cavities filled, so having to get a tooth pulled, I was VERY nervous. I had told Dr. Chen I don't do well at all with tooth pain, so I was very nervous. He then explained the whole process to me beforehand, and made sure to numb the area before doing ANY poking around (my last dentist did some poking before using the novocaine and caused me a LOT of pain). All said, I was in and out in about an hour, with almost no pain whatsoever!

My primary dentist put me in touch with Dr.Chin about having 2 teeth extracted about one month ago, being extremely nervous because of very bad experiences in the past, Dr.Chin made me feel very confident I would not be in any pain, his chair side manor was absolutely the best.
