I wish Dr. Kraus did not retire. Been going there for years. He took interest in you as a person. He knew things about your personally. He was very precise in his work. Took extra time to make sure it was perfect. He worked with you and understood your finances.

I’m personally petrified of the dentist, and the staff made me feel at ease, intelligently guided me through my treatment options and made an effective plan for me moving forward. Not once did I feel confused about what was going on during the entire experience.
They also allowed me to take breaks during the procedure as I get stressed out and tense up easily with the grinding sounds produced by their instruments, and this can make it very difficult for them. I have been going to Stow Dental Care for 20 years now. My experiences of satisfaction with them goes back that long. This time, however, with the newer technology in place - it was wonderful - no pain, no discomfort at all. Even filling a tooth was painless and comfortable. Have a wonderful retirement, Dr Kraus - I will miss you, but you left the practice in good hands.
