Great customer service, responsive and experienced professionals. I called Tailored AV, LLC for a consultation to get a tv mounted above my fireplace. I received a quote after my consultation. Through the entire process, the company owner, Cy, was helpful providing me with the different mount options and tv size recommendations. This was a brand new installation, no tv previously mounted. Cy and Mike did a great job installing the mount, the new outlet, and running the cords through the wall. After the mount installation, they set up and programmed my new tv. I found CY googling for home theater professionals. Got several quotes and CY was by far the most detailed and professional of all. He came with Mike and gave me ideas for what could work the best with my project. His quote was very detailed and competitive. Him and Mike rewire the room, made zero additional holes than needed, work was extremely well done. Never rushed to get it right, explained everything I needed and most important he is great guy. Can't recommend him enough. My home theater was calibrated perfect and sounds awesome. Don't hesitate to hire him. Best experience I could have hoped

I can't say enough good things about Cy and the job he and his staff did on my place. I wanted a smart home along with mounting big screen TV's, putting in sound system and speakers in various rooms and a Ring doorbell/camera. Everything is working beautifully and I would hire Cy again in a second. Very professional and clean work, cleaned up very nicely after done. Do yourself a favor and give Cy your business, you won't be disappointed trust me :)

I had the best experience with Tailered AV LLC. Cy made a special trip over on his way home to see exactly what I needed. He was polite, kind, trustworthy, and professional. He made good on his word and removed my old plasma TV from the wall, hung my new TV, and installed my sound bar. He ran the wires thru the walls into the cabinet so all is hidden. I would highly recommend him! 5 stars!!

Cy Maxwell does a great job. He installed TVs in a dance studio where I was working. They looked fantastic. We often got compliments about how great they were from a practical standpoint, but also about how great they looked. His installation skills really made the studio look even more polished and professional. I highly recommend reaching out to him whether you need something installed for your business or home!

Cy Maxwell did an amazing job installing five TVs and sound system throughout our home. His attention to detail and patience in working through challenges are wonderful attributes. I can not recommend Cy enough! Moving here from Los Angeles we were hoping to find someone who could really mimic what we had there. Not only did he do this, but he did an even better job than all of the people I have worked with in the past. He is a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable and has very fair prices. Amazing!!! After losing my patience with nothing ever working I decided to hire Cy to get everything straightened out. Best $$$$ I have EVER spent!!! I came home to my TV flawlessly mounted on my wall and with the touch of a button the TV, Sonos and cable all turned on seamlessly. Cy was professional and personable and didn't try to sell my anything I didn't need. He didn't mark up my walls and left my house cleaner than he found it. Highly recommended!!!

We met with Cy for a quote for hanging 5 tvs, 2 of which were on brick and stone, and to install speakers in the ceiling both inside and outside our house. He was very professional at our meeting and sent us a professional quote that night. We accepted his quote and he scheduled our job for later that week.
