We have worked with Audio Video Techs for installation projects for two of our Phenix Salon Suite locations. They have also assisted us with technical issues we had with a third store that they did not install for us. We have been greatful for their willingness to help, even when they did not install the system. I was very happy with how Eugene and Alex treated me on our most recent project. We began having problems with our system only a few weeks after installation. I had them come out and repair the broken speakers that were producing weak, flat sound. A few weeks later we found ourselves with even more speaker damage. We had an independent technician come out and inspect the system and they suspected the amp we had been sold was much too powerful for the speakers and was blowing them out. I brought this up with Jim time and time again and requested that someone come out to repair the speakers or inspect the system. Time and time again he would cancel the visit day of and eventually

I rarely leave negative feedback for companies as I try and look for the good in them. Unfortunately the guys who came and installed cameras in my house from this company tore my house up. They came for a consultation telling me all wiring would be done inside the house like I wanted yet when they came back for the job they routed all wiring outside the house. The claimed that the $40 consultation fee would be put towards the installation total. I've been calling them back almost daily to get that money back since they didn't put it towards the job and they won't answer or return

Firstly, I contacted four different companies before I decided to shop with AV Techs. They were on time, polite and professional which my wife and I appreciated. Stacey and his crew installed my security camera system and linked it with The bedroom and den TV's they installed. Before they left, they made sure I understood how to access and operate my new camera system and TV's. They also were EXTREMELY clean! There was very minimal dust left behind after they left. I would recommend this crew to anyone and everyone wanting a camera system.

I called just asking a few questions to fill out the company. I was so happy with the customer service person that took my call. He answered all my questions and gave me a firm estimate. The techs showed up on time and did an incredible job. The price was very fair. I will call on Audio Video Tech for all of my AV needs from now on.
