I've been going to Silverado for over 10 years. They have so many excellent therapists. I had a lot of unresolved issues and i don't know where i would be now without them. PTSD, Anxiety, Bipolar depresdion. etc
Through counseling i have learned to change theway i think to change the way i feel to change my behaviors. It's turned my relationship with my parents around and has helped me become a better parent. I continue to go to manage my life and medications. I always recommend people to see a therapist to work through difficulties in life...they help you to learn how to help yourself. Giving

The staff and therapist are very accommodating and understanding. Very professional. I have found a wonderful experience working with my therapist there. My anxiety is much better and working with them has giving me a new freedom in my life. They work with you and help you feel comfortable with anything that you might need to address. Informative, helpful and I can't say enough good things about them. I do wish they offered a group therapy option. Perhaps maybe in the near future.
