Matt established Responsive Insurance in January of 2013. He was born in 1981 in Mount Vernon, Indiana. Matt moved to Naples in 2006 and began working at a local Naples Allstate agency. He is married to Casey since 2009 and they recently adopted two girls that they had been foster parents for the past 3 years.

I had been carrying the same car insurance and home owners insurance for years, automatically renewing each term or year as the case may be, feeling all was good and rates acceptable. But, I decided to have Matt review my policies to see if the coverage was acceptable and the rates as competitive as I thought. This included the General Liability and Workers Comp coverage I needed for my business. I have to finally write a review for this great local company. We have used Matt for many years and we would highly recommend that anyone at least give him the chance to bid your insurance. If he cannot do better than what you currently have for a particular line of insurance he will just politely tell you, so you have nothing to lose by sitting down and discussing your insurance needs with him. He is very knowledgeable, professional and polite. He always takes the time to answer all of our questions. I just can't imagine that you would not be happy with the hands on, local service you will get

Insurance has always been confusing for me ( I am a widow).In late August I needed to secure a new home policy.. Matt was beyond helpful.. He explained everything in detail and just took his time and answered all my questions.. Just had a great experience with Judy at Responsive Insurance, who took care of us with auto, motorcycle, and umbrella policies.
