They're so awesome and make this highly stressful process very smooth. Emily had our back through entire process, and is skilled at negotiating. I heard horror stories of first time homeowners viewing many homes in this competitive market before they had an offer accepted- but in the time we were looking we put three offers in, and 2/3 were accepted.

BEST DECISION WE EVER MADE FINANCIALLY, AND I HAVE BEEN IN FINANCIAL ADVISING FOR 13 YEARS.
