However, its two principals, Jerry and Cheryl Sauls, had many years of real estate experience already to their credit. Jerry was first licensed in 1968, beginning his real estate career as a sales agent for a home builder in Cobb County. Upon earning a BBA in Real Estate from Georgia State University in 1971, he also passed the State Brokers' exam.
Lake Arrowhead, Waleska, Georgia, is a "one-of-a-kind" north Georgia mountain community in the early stages of redevelopment.
