I was recently in Stella Mae and had outstanding customer service from Audrey. I look forward to coming back for another purchase.

Best women’s clothing store on church street! I always appreciate the variety of options, killer shoe selection, and kindness of the employees. As long as I live in Vermont, I will be a customer!

Without a doubt the best women's boutique in the area! Amazing selection of shoes for all seasons, accessories, and clothing at a variety of price points! The staff is incredibly friendly and truly knowledgeable about their products - fit, break in, care, etc. An absolute gem!

Went to get a gift for my daughter. The college girls who work there were very friendly and helpful. My daughter loved her present. 🙂

Won’t be back. Used to be one of my favorite stops and I’d drop a lot of money. Bought a pair of shoes that were two totally different shoes and they wouldn’t do an exchange or store credit. I own a business and I never return anything to a small biz. Wasn’t looking for a refund. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Sad that this was one of my favorite boutiques and I always made large purchases when we visited Burlington.

I’ve been coming to this store all the way from Connecticut. Never had an issue until tonight. This just happened 15 minutes ago today November 3rd, 2018. I kept trying on an overall and until I realized there was something wrong with it, this rude lady wearing a green flannel shirt-dress , said that it was broken and that was the reason it was on sale. On my way out I suggested her to put it on the tag or something because just looking at it you don’t notice is broken, she replied arrogantly and in a sarcastic way that I should assume it’s broken because it’s noticeable. Cute store, surprising selection. I did feel that the employees assumed I wasn't a serious customer until I started trying a lot of things on, but they weren't outright rude.

Generally a cool boutique store and one of the more affordable ones on Church St. There are some expensive items, but also some reasonable ones. I dont think any staff has ever said hi to me when I've stopped by, so I'm assuming they dont think I'd actually purchase clothing from them.

The place to go for awesome, stylish shoes plus random stylish clothing pieces. The turnover of new merchandise is pretty steady, so you're unlikely to see a ton of girls wearing the same thing as you. The place I go to treat myself every so often! My shoe collection especially grows from this lovely local boutique. And to top it off, I love that I can bring my pup shopping with me! Customer service has always been great in my opinion, and my pup thinks so too!

I <3 Stella Mae! It's my favorite Frye stop! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. I always find something that I love whether it's a necklace or a dress. They truly have their finger on the pulse for the fashion forward Vermonter.

Stella is great! It's my one stop shop for everything I love and need. There is a little something in there for everyone and it's not overly expensive. It takes a lot of self control for me to not stop in there everyday (which I usually fail at) as they get new merchandise daily. The staff is also great and will go above and beyond to try and find you what you're looking for or keep you updated on when something is coming in. I totally recommend!!!

I love Stella. Staff is always friendly and cheerful. If you want to dress like a boss, start here.

My mother had a very poor customer service experience, not only from the staff, but a defensive email from the owner as well. My sister, my mother and I have been customers for over ten years. When she tried to exchange for credit an item she received as a gift for Christmas, she was told her business was not worth retaining if the store had to… give $33 in credit for the return of the item. We fully support local small businesses, but the unwillingness of the management and owner to accommodate in this situation makes it impossible to patronize this business any longer. Most unfortunate

Great shoes and clothing, I just wish I could say the same for the customer service. Every time I've been in I have been completely ignored. Just a small greeting upon entering would make a huge difference. It's hard to buy shoes when you don't even feel comfortable asking for a size
