I should have shopped around, but how many times does a homeowner have to do asbestos remediation... I had them out to remediate both acoustic ceiling and tile flooring. They ended up overbidding my floor removal by more than 600 sq ft and I ended up paying to remediate a floor that could have been contained instead...all because they (and I) didn't take the time to actually look under the old carpet when they first bid the job. Kim and Steve are very nice folks and they did give me a price reduction. Thank you. I can see why the positive reviews, their customer service is good. Even with the price

My experience with this company was most favorable. Their workers were professional in every way. They did the job in a timely manner. They were efficient in their quality of work. They left the home cleaned up after they removed all of the asbestos. They took all of the contaminated materials off with them and left our job site ready for the restoration portion of the job.

I recently hired Asbestos Abatement Services to complete a project at an older home in Salt Lake City. I needed to have all of the insulation removed from the attic space as it was confirmed to contain asbestos material. Very professional team and great service - on the phone and in person. I had a great experience. The team was prompt in providing a free quote and educating me in what I should be aware of. When i was ready to have the work done, they were able to schedule removal quickly and were very accommodating. Removal took less than one day for our home and when I came home afterward, the house was CLEANER than it was when they started. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for residential asbestos removal.

This was a difficult project, for my sisters home caught fire and was a total loss and she wasn't able to get out. Steve at Asbestos Abatement Services was referred to me by a friend with Pillar to Post inspections. I needed to demo and old home to allow the lot to be sold. Steve was extremely responsive and got the job done quickly. Asbestos was found in the home and he helped me figure out the most economical way to get it removed. Steve and his team are the best in class at the TRICKY service of asbestos abatement. The team showed up early in the morning and knocked out removing the asbestos from our attic quickly, efficiently and left the attic cleaner than it probably was when our house was built in the 60s. They were prepared to handle the removal the correct way, following all the protocols, and his office staff has been very helpful getting things ready to submit the asbestos for the rebate.

We hired Asbestos Abatement Services to remove roughly 100 sq ft of vinyl flooring in our basement. They were very quick to respond to my request for a quote and then got us on their schedule very quickly.
Mark and Dustin showed up promptly at 7am on the scheduled day and did an amazing job. They walked me through the process and were available throughout most of the work to answer questions that I had. They worked quickly and deliberately and had the work completed earlier than predicted. They left a very clean work site behind, no trace that they had been there.
