I cannot give enough stars. Rob and his team are incredible. We came across an unexpected issue. He talked me through how to expedite some testing and then talked me through the results. This was all BEFORE I committed to having him come out! Obviously we were freaked out but he came out first thing and talked us through it all. He was very calm and while our asbestos was "hot" at 60% he kept us calm. He had his team out ASAP and we were back in within 48 hours of finding our initial results.
