I have ordered from here twice and both times I experienced excellent customer service. The arrangements are always beautifully done and delivered promptly. We live in Northern KY now but are from Lexington and it is so good to have a reliable option to deliver to friends and family there when needed. Very happy customers!

Ashland florist did an amazing job on flowers that I bought my wife for her birthday and they went out of their way to make sure everything was correct. I was in a hurry ordering the flowers on line I hit a wrong button and didn't realize it. They sent me an email to make sure what was on there was correct. I am so very thankful they did that. Their service is excellent and the flowers were beautiful!! Thank you again Ashland Florist!!!!

We had the horrible ordeal of burying our daughter. I called for the casket spray told them what I wanted. They were so kind and compassionate. The spray was absolutely beautiful and exactly what she would have loved. Thank you for your kindness and the beautiful arrangements that you always provide. This company did the casket arrangement for my grandmother's funeral. It was very short notice and I was a nervous wreck trying to figure out what would "match" or look right with the casket itself, as it was a copper type color, amongst other things. That being said these ladies took great care of us helping to choose the right color scheme, flowers that would have suited my grandmother's taste/personality, and our budget. I highly recommend them for their skill, compassion, and immense talent.

On 1/9/18, I went in to Ashland Florist to have a casket spray made for my deceased Mother. The lady attending to my needs was very friendly and very helpful. I ending up choosing a large spray at a cost of $212.00.
The flowers were delivered to the funeral home early the next morning as promised. The spray was beautiful (full and abundant) and all the flowers were very fresh. So many compliments were directed at this workmanship. For whatever arrangements I may need in the future - this will be my chosen florist. Thanks to all of you for such a wonderful job.

I called last minute at 3:30 on a Wednesday afternoon for a casket spray for a funeral that was at 9:30 the next morning, and I was on a limited budget. The ladies at Ashland were very helpful and didn't seem concerned about the short notice or my budget, unlike some other florists I called. When we arrived at the funeral home the next day, the spray was already arranged on the casket and was beautiful! We were very pleased. I will gladly recommend Ashland Florists to everyone!
