What a great florist! I needed a florist in Georgetown and based on the reviews I read and the photo gallery, I chose Carriage House and Gifts. I highly, highly recommend this florist. I called the Carriage House Gifts & Flowers to place a rather unusual order. The flower arrangement was to be delivered to Old Friends Farm for a Memorial Day event. The arrangement was for a horse that resided at the farm, and passed away unexpectedly. This arrangement meant a great deal to me. Since my request was unique, I wondered if the shop would even be interested in filling my order.
Both Kevin and Karen could not have been lovelier. Kevin was very patient as I describe what I had in mind. Karen even called me back to discuss the arrangement further

Karen is AMAZING - you give her your vision and she will make it happen! My family and I have been customers for over 20 years and we have NEVER been disappointed. In January, she delivered a beautiful casket spray, floral crosses and many other arrangements for my mother's funeral. We requested many personal touches and she exceeded our own expectations. Most recently, on October 3rd, she provided all the bouquets, boutonnieres and arrangements for my daughter's wedding. Once again - WOW!!! - everything was absolutely beautiful! Truly a gem of a place! Karen and her husband did such a wonderful job of my grandfather's funeral. The flowers everyone kept commenting on. I am so thankful and will never use another florist! I let her know he was a fisherman and she took off with the idea! Such a special experience for my 11 year old to love to see as well! Thank you all so much! Order now you won't be dissatisfied

Always a pleasure to work with Karen and Kevin at the Carriage House in Georgetown KY. I return again and again because they want to please and due to that my arrangements, be it for Derby Day, Christmas or Special Dinner occasions always turn out with my personality and their creative talents rolled into one. They allow me hands on creativity with them to the point that we at times are designing Christmas tablescapes on the floor of their store together or, I rush in and plead..
