I was able to watch the detail while they performed it. Other photos on here demonstrate a wax. We purchased the premium service that line items a wax. $175 package. I asked during the service and both times when they attempted to upsell me on an additional $40 for a wax. I then asked to see the wax they are using. No wax shown - just a spray bottle. Owner then said oh we don’t do that. At best this is a good car wash. Find another company. Seats still had viable specs that I scratched off. Tires had dirt on them. Paint had spots. This is not an auto detail.

I am happy to say that Birds Auto Detail is a 5 star for me. We have a very old Prius that will be driven by our 16 year old twins. Since it is an old car and not much to look at, we wanted to try them out with their "Essentials" package ($95) first. They were able to get the musty smell out of our car and worked hard getting the stains out of our floor mats. The stains were so ingrained that they would have needed to go to a more intensive process, which they let me know about. I've used Birds Auto Detail now 4 times. Each time they did a wonderful job. This round we had two vehicles which included a minivan and Mason did an outstanding job. He was very professional and communicative. He kept me updated on the time it would take and pointed out areas that needed extra attention. I will continue to use Birds for my auto detailing.

Response time was within an hour of my quote request. Showed up for appointment exactly on time. Was so impressed with Carlos, courteous, friendly, and explained everything to me so I could understand. The job was extremely well done and my car looked like new. I owned my car for a decade and it survived several moves but after my last one, I decided that it's finally time to pay for some interior cleaning. I was hoping to go to a physical detailing shop because I assumed that a physical location would have more sophisticated tools for cleaning. Unfortunately, I could not find a highly rated one that had availability that matched mine. The shops I called asked me to leave my car overnight and drop off/pick it up during their shop hours. I don't have much flexibility at my job to accommodate this so I ended up trying Birds because of the convenience

A friend referred me to Birds Detail, and I started using them mid-pandemic. All of their guys have done great jobs on our SUV and wagon. We usually go for their Essential package, but sometimes we'll go for the EXO because our cars sit outside in our driveway. They're easy to book online, confirm through a call, and take credit cards through a Square device once they're done. Shout-out to Mason, who is one of their super nice detailers and has worked on our cars a few times.

Very easy to book and excellent service. Price is very reasonable for mobile service - very good value. Reliable and showed up on time. Loved the attention paid to each of my cars they detailed for us - everything was perfect. They made sure to do it right without it taking the entire day for all 3 vehicles. Highly recommend!

I had booked a Bird's Premium for $175 and additional dog hair for $25 for a total of $200 total. The crew showed up on time and did their best. However, I think they just ran out of time. Maybe they concentrated too much on the dog hair? I was hoping they would be able to shampoo my upholstery and spot treat stains on there, but they were not able to take those out.
I give the crew 5 start for thier hardwork, punctuality, and friendliness, but I don't think I would use them again. My radio attenae was taken off and was not put back on and the car wasn't as spotless everywhere

Don't use them. I'm very unhappy with the car wash they did. It wasn't an in-depth cleaning at all. It also smells very bad in the car right now, like a sweat. The guys at the car wash do the same thing for 30$. How can you charge 225$ for a regular car wash??? They also have pictures in reviews of seats that have been cleaned out, but they didn't clean mine as you can see in the pictures. And also they don't care if you're not happy they'll just ignore your messages.

I have been getting my car disinfected and washed by Bird's for a while now, and recently I needed a quick wash after 5 minutes of rain turned the dust on my car into some lovely streaks.
The service was reasonable, but I noticed that they've regularly been missing items that should be included. When I drove home my gas door had some collected dirty water that drained onto my rear fender. Same with my wheels, which had pools of dusty water in the center area.
It makes sense to give the car a good check before paying and giving tip, as a lot of details are overlooked. Not maliciously

I can't remember the last time that I felt inspired enough to reset my login information and sign into Google to write a review - but after Aaron and his team detailed, washed, waxed and cared for my car I wanted to share my review.
My 2012 Honda Fit looks and feels like a new car, inside and out!
The dust, dirt, mud, lots of sand and stains where removed from the car cabin, carpets and upholstery. This was not a casual vacuuming but a thorough deep cleaning and maintenance where all surfaces, trim and rubber gaskets were reconditioned.
The outside of my car was pressure washed, hand scrubbed

Birds Detail is extremely knowledgeable, detailed, and transparent/reasonable with his pricing. Aaron arrived on time, customized the experience for my car and what it needed, and completed the work in a timely manner. He also recommended clay bar wax cleaning, which made a huge difference in the look of my car - would definitely recommend the service! I found Bird's Detailing last week when looking for a reasonably priced and well-rated detailing service and I can say he has exceeded my expectations. Not only did he make my car look like new, he also did so at a great price. He took the time necessary to make sure I was satisfied. He's all for making sure the customer is happy with the results, and will definitely be using him in the future.

I don't think my car has ever been this clean since I owned it. Justin was so friendly and so communicative and the entire process was so easy, I got ready for work while he was outside cleaning my car. I went to leave for work and it was like a brand new car. He went above and beyond and even wiped down the outside of my car when I was only getting an interior detail and got some really tough mud stains out of my carpets. Overall, it was an amazing experience and Birds Detail is very dependable, affordable, and professional.

I purchased my car used and wanted to get a really deep clean. Carpets, seats, etc. I also wanted the exterior to pop so they washed, clayed, and ceramic coated the exterior.
I'm an extremely particular person and after meeting the team when I dropped it off I knew it was in good hands. They really care about going that extra mile to make your vehicle look its best.

Aaron did a super awesome job with my Kia Soul. He came to my job and did the whole thing in the parking lot. Super convenient. I told him my biggest concern was all the little nooks and crannys that get filled with garbage and what not. When I got to my car again it was BEAUTIFUL and smelled amazing!! Next time, I'll have to schedule earlier because my seats were still wet when I had to leave. But, Aaron offered me one of his own towels. Super nice of him :) Pictures included so you can see the amazing detail!

They did a FANTASTIC job with reconditioning my leather seats. They removed some black stains that were in the driver seat and a great job with the passenger and rear leather seats as well. They also did a good job with shampooing of the floor mats and interior carpet of the vehicle.
They also did a good job with the exterior wash, and cleaning of the wheels and tires. The Trunk was also cleaned very nicely.
Overall I would use them again and I believe their workmanship will continue to improve and they are going to perfect the art of detailing. I would definitely recommend them to my friends

I called Birds Detail to get my Audi waxed. The black paint damages easily so I try to keep it clean and protected. After getting quoted I heard about their Ceramic Coating. Although the service seemed a bit expensive ($450) they explained that I wouldn't need to wax my car anymore and the paint would keep its condition much better as it ages. The service includes cleaning and buffing the paint as well as a steam clean of the interior, and I could get it done at my place. After figuring it would actually be a money and time saver in the long run, and since I want to keep my car in good condition
