From our first classes in 1979, we have seen our role as more than teaching children forward rolls and cartwheels. Our lasting impacts are the positive learning attitudes, listening and social skills, body awareness and physical literacy skills through the participation of all activities at Head Over Heels which, in-turn, benefit children now and continue to pay dividends in education and health into adulthood.
From classes and teams to camps and special events, our dedicated, professionally trained and safety certified staff is ready to provide you and your child with the best gymnastics, fitness and educational sports instruction and training in a caring, safe and FUN environment! Children enjoy learning new information and skills.

We teach MORE than tumbling! Our staff has over 20 years of experience. They design custom lesson plans to enhance flexibility, strength and coordination with running, jumping, tumbling and gymnastics FUN for boys and girls! Our program offers Preschool Gymnastics and Movement, Elementary Gymnastics and Cheer while benefiting all involved; directors, children and parents.
The goal of this class is to promote fitness and introduce young children to gymnastics activities. Parents will assist their children as they jump, climb, crawl, swing and roll on our gymnastics equipment in age appropriate activities designed to build strength, coordination and fitness. Our youngest students will have more freedom to explore the world of movement and will move easily into the more skill-oriented Parent/Child Tumblers classes.
An entry level class that teaches basic skills and challenges elementary students with new skills. Basic skills taught include cartwheels, handstands, rolls, vaults, bar skills, beam skills, and trampoline safety and skills. A more advanced class for elementary students. Gymnasts should be able to do cartwheels, handstands, rolls and basic bars, beam and vault skills.

We had our sons 4th Birthday party at Head Over Heels and it was THE BEST experience! The 3 girls that were in charge of the party were superb. They had so many different activities for the kids and supervised each activity so we knew the kids were safe without stress! When it was time to cut the cake and eat, they did absolutely everything and I just stood there enjoying my kids party. When it was time to leave, I was getting ready to load all of the gifts and things that I brought, and before I could turn around they had everything loaded into my car! It was such a good experience, we will definitely

We haven’t attended the general classes yet, but our son attended the Parents’ Night Out and had a wonderful time. We requested a few minor accommodations with his care, and the staff were very helpful and understanding. Their warm and friendly approach helped him to feel safe and cared for in an unfamiliar space, and he can’t wait to return. Thanks to all at HoH! :)

Love HOH! My granddaughter started taking gymnastics here at age 3 and she is 5 now. She loves it here, too. The coaches are experienced and well trained. Their method of teaching engages even the youngest of students and holds their attention. Class sizes are small enough so that each child gets plenty of attention. We have had a great experience here since day 1. I highly recommend Head Over Heels!

My son has been at hoh for about 2 years, starting in the toddler class and eventually in a boys class. We started to help develop gross motor skills and core strength. While both have improved significantly, we continue because he loves it. It can get crowded in the afternoons, but that’s to be expected with such a great place. Staff is always kind and fun. He loves coach Fred!

Head over heels is our home away from home. My daughter started gymnastics at HOH at age 3 and has been there for 3 years. She loves being part of the team and has learned so many skills over the past few years. The coaches and staff are amazing and provide support and structure to ensure the highest quality of skills from each and every gymnast. I highly recommend Head Over Heels for any skill level gymnast whether you are a beginner or advanced.

I had my daughter's 4th birthday party here on 9/9 and it was amazing! We had never been to this place but it came highly recommended from friends. The instructors worked great with all of the party guests on the gymnastics floor and also handled everything in regard to the party. Not only will we have future parties here, but I'm already planning to enroll my daughter in gymnastics here as well. This was such a great experience! Thank you!

I LOVE being a part of the Head Over Heels family! And I say that because it does indeed feel like family here. The two owners are very personable and outstanding at what they do, and they expect the same out of all the staff. My daughter has been taking gymnastics here since she was 4, and she is now 7, in her first year of competitive gymnastics. I had no idea what to expect, both financially and procedurally, and the gym has a wonderful parent organization that explains all you need to know going into competition. There are ample opportunities for fundraisers to offset your monthly costs, and
