I brought my mower in to have the blades sharpened. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The blades were sharpened while I waited, which was about 10 minutes. The store has lots of things to look at the so wait was a pleasure.

The minute I walked into this store, I knew that it was going to be informative and friendly. Lacy greeted me and asked me what product I was interested in. She is not your average girl, she knows EVERYTHING about lawn equipment because she has been in the "business" for .. I wanted a Honda self-propelled mower and she had the perfect one for me. When I returned to purchase it, she had it ready to go in 10 minutes. Full tank of gas. The guy loading it was super. I have a 3 yr warranty and don't have to worry about a thing Thank you Lacy

If you haven't shopped here you are coming up short. There is so much knowledge about the equipment they sell. And you don't walk out with your equipment in a box. It's gassed and demonstrated how everything works before you leave with it. I can't say enough good things about this place. It might be the reason why I have been going there for years. Also the repair shop is honest and pretty fast.

We visited Lakeview Power Equipment last Friday to purchase replacement blades and inquire about a special order for one of our mowers. The accessory we were looking for was not listed under the available accessories for our model, but not wanting to order something we could not use or to fail to provide a great customer experience the manager Kevin went out of his way to make phone calls to confirm if the accessory was indeed compatible with our particular mower. The store was extremely busy during our visit and he never once rushed to take care of us and took his time to answer our multiple questions

Hubby and I purchased a zero turn Gravely mower today. Our questions and concerns were explained throughly making our choice easy. Knowing it was the weekend and we needed to mow, they jumped right in and installed the mulching attachment, and hitch and I just received a call that our new play pretty is on its way to our house. What great Customer service! I highly recommend Lakeview Power Equipment.

Everytime I call this place they either don't answer the phone or put you on hold and don't come back. I called and asked to speak to a manager and he was condescending. Customer service seems to be lacking and with the attitude of the manager, I won't be spending my money at this local business. Unfortunate because I like to support small local businesses. However if they don't appreciate me, there is no point in appreciating them. I am the one spending money. My opinion is my opinion and it is based on Several calls to your business. Was thinking about taking my commercial equipment in there for repairs and maintenance. Poor customer service made me go elsewhere. I called and nobody answered and recorded line said to call back. I called back 5 more times at different time of the day and on different days and no answer. I just read another review with the same complaint. Then the owner names the guys father out. No thanks, I will spend my thousands of dollars with some other company and a company that takes responsibility for making a mistake here and there. Have bought several pieces of equipment here. Sales people are great, very knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions. I recently bought a commercial grade Gravely zero turn mower. They went out of their way to demonstrate it and make sure it was prepped and ready to go. I've also had great results with their service department. Jacob in the service department was helpful recently with finding parts for an older Honda power washer.

I showed up at the store 5 minutes after they closed without realizing it. However when I told them that I wanted to buy a lawnmower they said they would be happy to help me if I could wait a few minutes for the computer to boot back up. I showed them the picture of the model that I wanted and they were concerned that it wouldn't fit in my car, so KK offered to deliver it to my house for free and it was here in less than 30 mins after I left the store. The service was absolutely unbelievable and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I also researched the lawnmower prior to visiting the store

Ralph needs a lesson on how to treat customers period!! I asked for a refund on a Stihl trimmer that I had just purchased not because of the scratches I found all over it on the way to load it, but because of the way he responded to me bringing it up!! Not angry just would rather give my money to folks that actually appreciate my business!! Little did he know I'm also looking for more equipment for the farm. Went to Wylie outdoor equipment and found one there! I'll be doing business with the nice folks over there!!

I purchased a Gravely Pro Turn mower after researching and contemplating for over 2 year. I am glad I went to Lakeview Power!
Ralph went over all the specifics and differences in the models with no sales pressure and helped me choose what was best for my needs and not sell me too much of a mower. Once I decided which model, Ralph told me the best time to come in was during a big sale Gravely was going to have, which saved me some $$.
I have also had other equipment repaired here and always was well taken care of at a fair price. the techs are very good with repairs!

I just had my zero turn Gravely PM152m XDZ (model 991028) repaired and extremely pleased with the service, the service tech Mark, and their process for service. Like most, if not all mower, power tool, tractor repair/service centers you must leave it and get in the que. Any time you get service it's your responsibility to ask questions to find out their policy, process and provide them with every detail of the issue(s) you are having and what you attempted to do to service it yourself.

I chose LPE as I had several bad experiences with the Gravely dealer closest to where I live (Allen/Fairview

Have bought multiple items from lakeview because of the quality/service.
I bought a Stihl chainsaw in the march 2018 sale to use this fall
Took it home and put it away for the fall.
Never started it until today.
Tried to use it today. Starts but wont stay started when you push handle lever.
Took it in and they want to take it in the shop and maybe rebuild the carburetor.

What.

Said since it sat for 8 months the gas they put in has gummed up the carburetor, so they think. Never been started and the carburetor is gummed up to the point that it has to possibly be replaced/rebuilt????

I called and they said to bring the mower in and they could work on it. I got there and then they said it be at least two weeks before they could look at it. What a waste of time. Easier just to buy a new one!

Horrendous customer service and communication. Do not use this company for warranty work on your Ryobi equipment.

I dropped off my electric trimmer on 8/3 along with a freshly charged battery. The service technician who took in my trimmer said "Ryobi is great to work with. Very quick to pay and we should get this turned around pretty quick." The work order had an estimated complete date of 8/17. I had to pay $40 as a deposit.

Six days later (8/9) I get a call that they need a charger because the battery was bad. They also told me that the motor was probably burned up because

We were in need of a new lawnmower as some crumb bums stole ours while my husband's back was turned! I put it out on our Neighborhood website and Kevin responded. As my husband helps a young man earn money to go to the Boy Scout National Jamboree this summer, the lawn mower was very important to his work! Kevin helped us buy the very best for the money! He talked to our young friend and gave him great advice! Today, we decided to get a new weedeater and edger and again Kevin gave us the very best advice and recommended the best equipment to buy. High quality equipment, parts and service from a family owned business.

I have been a customer for 10 years. Every experience has been excellent and all advice has been 100% accurate. When minor issues have come up- they have always made things 100%.

I am a homeowner with 1 acre to maintain. I have several pieces of equipment that are 30 years old and they keep it running with great service and high quality parts. There are probably cheaper places for service, but the honesty and quality make this establishment worthwhile.

They also offer pick-up/delivery (for a nominal fee) if you don

These folks are very knowledgeable at any question I could throw at them regarding our equipment! From the friendly "hello" when I walked in to the honest estimate and detailed explanation of the work needing to be done, plus I found a few mowers that I couldn't live without for my guys to use! The work they did on my chainsaw was great work but the man didnt inform me that after buying a new chain for my saw as well as having my old one re timed and sharpened I wouldnt be allowed to return the new one even after he told me that I could. So he got me to buy a $55 chain that I dont need and cant return. Worst customer service that I have ever had. Will NOT go back. Plus they are way to over priced.
