Been doing business with This family owned company for over 15 years. They installed my original shutters and later added ones to my garage. When the roofing install to replace my skylights required some of my my shutters come down, Plantation told us how to remove them and then scheduled a time to reinstall. They are easy to work with and their product is great. The shutters cut down on heat in summer, privacy when needed and we open and close them daily. Work with out a problem.

I have had plantation shutters installed throughout three homes in 19 years. Waiting to do it again in my next home in a few months. They are excellent quality, fit perfectly, and look beautiful. I wouldn't have any other company measure and install but The Plantation Shutter Company. You are welcome to come and see them.

I ordered my shutters on 8/17 and was told 4-6 weeks. It is now 9 weeks since I placed my order and they are telling me another 2 weeks. In addition, no one has taken initiative to contact me about it. I contacted them at the 5 week, 7 week, and 9 week point only to be told 2 more weeks..2 more weeks...
I felt I was misinformed and then the customer service and communication was horrible. I may adjust my review If my shutters finally come and they are great but won’t rate higher than 3 for customer service.
As an update...it took another 2 weeks for the shutters to be installed and I thought
