Dr. Sura and his staff were wonderful! After several weeks of debating to extract a tooth from my 9 year old, we went in. Dr Sura presented all the facts and what he thought was the best course of action. He never tried to push one option over another but did give his recommendation along with pros and cons of the other options. He gave us the information and let us make the decision. The procedure went smooth and he made my 9 year feel comfortable with the process. We are very happy and relieved now. We highly recommend Reveal Dental to everyone for quality dental care and the best staff and patient

We've been going here for 5 years now and my review is long overdue. If I could give more than 5 starts I would. Reveal Dental and Dr. Sura's team are top notch. Melissa is the best Hygienist I've ever had and probably saved my life from helping me to prevent plaque and gum disease. Martha and the accounting team also helped save us $2,000 for some necessary work a few years ago and fought Delta Dental who tried to bill me for work that was covered under the dental insurance plan. Now our 15 year old daughter goes here...and you should too!

They squeezed me into their tight schedule to assess and fix my chipped gum line filling prior to my unexpected travel plans later in the week. Relocated from AZ. Hate trying to find new doctors, dentist, hair stylists, mechanics, etc. Reveal Dental was one of the four dentistry offices recommended by my son's oral surgeon, Dr. Ding. I researched all four and decided that Reveal Dental was the best choice for our family.
My husband had previously seen a dentist at a Swish location. It was a horrible experience for him w/hard sales and insults about his teeth plus they pressured him to write a 5 star review. AWFUL! Reveal Dental is on the opposite end of the spectrum. Hallelujah!

Let me start by saying I have had my share of dental disasters. So when it came time to search for a new dentist, I was not excited. I did my research and finally decided on Reveal Dental. This was the best decision. I have never felt this comfortable going to a dentist in years. Dr. Sura and his entire team are great! They help in any way they can. They walk you through everything. Dr. Sura is the most AWESOME and the BEST dentist in the world. I came from Vietnam and had really bad and painful experience (even from cavity filling) with dentists there which has traumatized me until today. I also had an unpleasant experience with my previous dentist in Austin, so our former colleague recommended us to go to Reveal Dental. I was so skeptical during my first visit because of my past bad experience. After the first visit, I had to say that Dr. Sura is the one! All are very friendly but when it's time, to be honest, effective and clear comes up just lie.
These guys made 1 cleaning for my husband 4 times for 4 months. Each time 1/4 of a mouth because they didn't have enough time. It sounds like a joke.
I can continue forever how ridiculous is the customer service.

The first quality dentist I have found since moving to North Austin/Cedar Park area two years ago. Hygienists and receptionists are friendly, the place is clean, and the dental cleaning is thorough. Everything is explained to you before hand. Dr. Sura is extremely kind and clearly passionate about his work.

So yesterday the most embarrassing thing happened, I lost my crown on my FRONT tooth! Although kinda comical, I NEEDED it fixed immediately(considering I'm in sales). I raced to Reveal Dental where I usually get my work done and they pulled me in right away. Stayed late, fixed the issue, was reasonably priced and did it with a smile. And to cap it all off( no pun intended), I even received a follow up call this morning to make sure all is well. Great job Dr. Sura. I can't thank your team enough. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

Been going for years and had a good experience so far. Always tried to sell me on a night guard like most dentists do. Finally pulled the trigger because they quoted me a price since they said I met my deductible. I explicitly let them know I didn't want to pay more and needed confirmation the quote was all I needed to pay. Low and behold a few months later I have a bill for an additional $60. I called and left a message with no call back. Called a week later and have every excuse in the book. Bottom line I don't trust the front office and will be looking for another dentist

This was one of the BEST dental experiences ever. The moment I walked in the door I felt right at home. (BTW: I'm terrified of the dentist) The woman at the front desk was so welcoming and personable. She helped me with the paperwork and I was quickly called to the back to get my teeth cleaned with Wendy. She was AMAZING! She was extremely gentle and was always asking me if I was okay. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. I then met Dr. Sura who was extremely nice and went through my next steps to better dental health.

I went here as a new patient today and had such a great experience. I had to switch dentists after a bad experience with another nearby office. Today they adjusted my filling the other office did and I also had a cleaning. Every one was so hospitable and chipper, which you definitely don't always see in doctors offices. One of the ladies offered me water which might seem like a small gesture, but I definitely appreciated it (especially since no one has ever offered before). The hygienist was a sweetheart and very pleasant. The dentist was great too and helped me out with one of my tooth issues

Staff and Dr Sura made sure every visit is comfortable. We love the new technology used for the exams and find the changing artwork super interesting. They do offer thier own annual dental plan as well as Care Credit if you are without dental insurance. No long wait time in waiting area & they offer complimentary tea coffee water. Great little area for little tots to wait as well.
