I was referred to Professional Hearing Associates Inc after going to urgent for a spontaneous hearing loss episode. Dr. Illich, the audiologist was wonderful. He made me feel very comfortable, took notes and asked me important questions about my hearing loss history. He then explained all the steps of the hearing test I was going to go through and worked with me to get my test results to the ENT specialist I was to see as soon as possible later that same morning. All this, mind you during a planned electrical outage by SDG&E which his wonderful nurse Ayame advised me of the evening before after
