Through a strange fluke, we ended up with a sap stain on our brand new $3k Roman shades. I tried to get it out with internet remedies of baking soda and water and then dawn and water. We woke up in the morning to find not only had I not fully removed the stain - I left a huge water stain! I was so upset. The company I purchased them from recommended Jim and he came out the following week. He was on time, polite and was following proper safety recommendations. Within 30 minutes the blinds were perfect. Thank you so much!!

I obtained two estimates for cleaning my silhoutte (sheer) blinds. Although the other company advertised on-site cleaning, after seeing the type of blind the representative said it was not possible to clean them onsite and they would need to be removed and cleaned at their place of business, a process that would take a week from pickup to return. That company’s estimate, even with a sale discount, was more than 30% higher than the quote I received from Jim at Immaculate.

We appreciated working with Jim. When we ran into an unexpected glitch with a few of the blinds, Jim was readily available to solve the problem with us, and was professional and courteous. He stands behind his work, and has a good deal of integrity and customer service, which is rare these days! I would absolutely recommend Immaculate Drapery Cleaning!
