Mancini Pool Decks (MPDI) was founded in March of 1993 by cousins, Joe Mancini and Fran Pentino. Their goal from the onset was to be the New England area's leading provider of decorative concrete pool decks. Since their first year in business, completing approximately 60 projects, Joe and Fran worked tirelessly to achieve their goals and have never looked back.

I had a stamped concrete patio installed by Mancini pool decks and I noticed that from the freeze and thaw cycles of this past winter, it ripped off the top layer in a section of my stamped concrete patio leaving the color of normal cement and it is a true eyesore and visitors we have at our house notice and comment on it. For the price of what we paid, this is not acceptable and especially not even 2 years after it was installed. On April 20th, I reached out to Mancini pool decks and provided photos and asked for it to get looked at. It took a month to get a reply which was essentially "

5 years ago Mancini installed our new pool patio and fencing and was very satisfied. They recommended every few years you reseal the concrete. This summer we called them. They said call us at the same of the summer which we did about 5 times and not one person returned a call. John Callahan who was our salesman ignored us as well. I guess once they do they install, you can forget about ever hearing from them again. Recommendation is to shop around.
