On any given day you will find Tonya looking through Wedding or Fashion Magazines from places such as Paris, New York and Milan. Tonya has a passion for traveling the world, fine chocolate, amazing food, shoes and handbags as well as planning and creating beautiful weddings and events that allow her clients to enjoy their event while she makes sure every detail is taken care of.
The Partial Planning Package is for the couple who want to do part of the planning process on their own but want some assistance to ensure the details are perfect. This package engages us for a defined number of hours and meetings to assist the couple where they especially need assistance. The Full Planning Package cater to the couple who want assistance planning all aspects of their wedding day.
The Month of coordination package is for the couples who want to do all the planning but want to ensure not only themselves but their friends and family will enjoy the wedding festivities. Our clients leave the final vendor touch bases, the timeline, and the day of details to their coordinator, . Planning an intimate wedding at a Sandals Resort, a cruise or an all inclusive resort?

We used Tonya Hoopes to help plan the wedding for our daughter. Our daughter’s wedding was Labor Day Weekend at the Solitude Resort in Utah. The wedding was a two-day affair with the first day being a “traditional” western ceremony and the second being a Hindu-Indian ceremony. Both ceremonies had receptions associated with them and after parties. One family lived in New Hampshire, one in Georgia and the Bride/Groom in New York. We would respectfully suggest that the degree of difficulty for coordinating all elements for this wedding was high.

Angela with Hoopes Events, was our DREAM Wedding Coordinator. As many COVID brides know, this year came with several stresses, changes and challenges. Angela not only helped relieve those stresses for me (the bride), my groom and our families, but executed the most incredible wedding a bride could ever dream of. Hoopes Events - with special attention to all the details by our point person, Stephanie - helped make our daughter's wedding the special and beautiful occasion she'd always hope it would be. From our initial meeting, we felt heard and well-cared for by Hoopes' talented and experienced professionals. Their draping and lighting added the extra sparkle to The Garden Place in SLC! Hiring Hoopes was the best decision I made
I found Hoopes online through reviews so I want to be sure to share my feedback!
We were thrown quite a curve ball the day of my wedding in that due to a completely unforeseeable situation, our venue became unavailable. I work as a project manager and can admit I am a very hands-on and organized person. I originally did not plan to hire any additional planning or coordinating services but finally decided an extra pair of hands would be helpful. Even if everything had gone according to plan, Roberta & Shelby were SO much more than just the extra pair

There has been a TON of incredible improvement with the floral department. Kylee does an INCREDIBLE job. She is very kind and responsive and will get you exactly what you want. She is very talented and will not only create the most beautiful arrangements but works well with every customer to make sure it is to their liking. You don’t need to worry with Kylee.

Hoopes is the best!! I went through them for some chair rentals last year and they seriously saved my butt. They came through for me with a last minute delivery when diamond rentals wouldn't. The employees were all very friendly and helpful they set up all of my chairs just in time and everything went off without a problem! I will definitely be using them again!
