Team Stapleton was absolutely amazing from start to finish. As first time home buyers we has a lot of questions and uncertainty, especially in a crazy market. Steve and Amanda we phenomenal to work with. Buying a home is an emotional roller-coaster. Exciting, frustrating, stressful and at times uncertain. The only way I have learned to lessen this is to have the right people on your side. Steve and Amanda stood guard while my agent left me vulnerable to what could have cost me my earnest money. They made sure nothing on the lending or agent side fell through cracks. I all my years of adulting and buying a few homes, I can say without hesitation Team Stapleton is the best experience we have every had! Hands down, not even close!

My husband and I have bought 3 homes in the last 3 years. We used a different mortgage person for each closing because the experience was so awful. Steve did our last mortgage and his level of expertise and knowledge made the experience a pleasure. We never had to worry. Everything was as he presented and the closing was seamless. Steve and Amanda are extraordinary. We will never use anyone else. They are the best!
