Horrible company. They begged me to quit my job and start a week early. Then I did found out that the contract for the work I was doing wasnt even signed. So instead of calling me and telling me the truth the just stopped communicating. After calling around found out they fraudulently and intentionally hired know the contract wasn't signed. Well I was lucky i had to beg for old job back. Dont work for Apex-2000.

It was a disaster to join the company in the year 2003. They filed a legal action and sued me claiming they lost a customer.
Finally they realized they are not going to win the case as they did not pay me when I was employed. They sent me a message through my attorney to dismiss the case. I was in a difficult situation so I signed not to take any further action if they dismissed the case. But I ended up paying a lot of attorney fees!! (May be this is what they wanted)
I warn anyone out there to be careful before you join this company.

Bunch of crooks who break all kinds of immigration and labor laws, cheat and don't pay the immigrant workers they hire.
Been one of their victims, I am looking at options to report a case against them to the DOL and immigration for back dated salary.
Looking for suggestions and options I can purse to get my entitled salary and to hold them accountable so that others are not put thru the torture.
