Food tasted very different than I've ever had. Won ton soap thick almost creamy had no taste . Pot stickers burnt and that's all I could smell on drive home. Will never return. I was warned but I thought I'd give them a chance.

This place used to be amazing, but my last experience was so bad I never want to come back. I went on a date, and was served mediocre lukewarm food. The misses didn't like the food as well, we even ordered one plate to go for later. The chicken was sour so we threw the whole dinner away. This was about 2 weeks ago. During lunch time

Worst Chinese food I have ordered in yrs entries chicken and brown rice pork chow mein with crispy Stale Noodles almost uneatable the chow mein was mostly lintel and bean sprouts slury not good

Best Chinese food in Redmond in me and my familys opinion!
Best hot and sour soup ever!

Chan's is a pretty good restaurant I would rate their food on a scale of 1-10 about an eighth but it is still good food and the quantities are huge.

We have only been to Chan's one other time and decided to go back today. Everything we ordered was exceptional. Whatever they are paying the young waitress that waited on us, they should give her a big pay raise. She was terrific and between her and the food, it made our day. We will be going back.

It's interesting that the same restaurant chain just 15 miles apart could be so different. Bend has fresher, brighter food and it is cooked correctly. You can clearly see the difference in the pictures I took at both. This was very disappointing. The service was quite good, but the food was also slow to arrive. Be wise and drive to Chan's in Bend. They won't disappoint.

The food is SUB-par. The container's are filled to over flowing. Food all through out the packaging creating a mess. Shrimp Eggfooyung...not! It's eggfooyung w/shrimp tossed in...are you kidding. I could have saved half the cost an added shrimp from my freezer. Six to be exact. The fooyung even looks nasty. No love lost here. First timer , NEVER AGAIN
