An above and beyond business with AMAZING staff who were kind, considerate and thoughtful! Exceptional customer service which surpassed my expectations. Jodi (owner) and Sophia (fabulous technician) went the extra mile (and hours) to make me feel special. It was so very much appreciated and easy to see that caring is Sophia's real specialty! It's only been 8 weeks since my Elite CoolSculpting sessions and I am seeing positive results in all treated areas.

I had my consultation 1week ago today. The ladies were very thorough in explaining the entire process and answering my concerns, etc. I booked for treatment the following week. Today I am having inner thighs and flanks treated. I didnnt know what to expect but it was not painful.at all. The massage afterwards is a little uncomfortable but than they give you heating pads that make it better. I was also able to relax, watch Netflix and have a snack they providefor you as well. Jodi performed my treatments today and she is phenomenal. You can tell how passionate she is about her work and wants everything

This was a big decision for me. But as a mom I wanted to do something for myself to work on my fitness journey. The staff was professional and courteous. They answered all my questions during the consultation. I was given plenty of instructions thru email before my appointment of what to expect. Everything was very clear. The office was super clean inside and felt welcoming. I was very comfortable during the whole procedure. She was very precise in where she placed everything and told me what to expect next. She made sure I was okay and checked on me. I’m excited to see my results soon.

I've been well care for at the Cool Body Sculpting Center. Sophie was my specialist and performed both my treatments. She was attentive to any question or need. She understood the treatment techniques and clearly articulated the post-treatment routine. I've been pleased with the overall service I have received from the Center.

They fit me in really quick and worked with my schedule.
The office is extremely clean and modern.
Since I was here for a long session, lunch was provide!
A Smart tv is in the room, but it goes by pretty quick, it wasn’t really needed.
Also, Jodi was very communicative and we chatted most of the time which helped when trying to take your mind off the initial pain!
But I promise it gets better!
Can’t wait to come back for another session and get on the road to smaller thighs!!

My experience with cool body sculpting center was great. The staff is very nice and they do a thorough job at determining your needs. The procedure itself isn't that bad. I got one treatment in the abdominal area but I purchased 2 treatments. The cost is not cheap though. So just know that going in. So far so good

Absolutely love this place!! Jodi and her team are amazing and extremely attentive and friendly. From the consultation to the actual sculpting appointments, they ensure all questions are answered and that you are comfortable throughout the entire process. What an experience! My five hour experience was incredibly smooth. The service is top notch, with a lot of care and comfort put into your treatment. Jodi and her crew are all about ensuring safety while optimizing your experience. My time there seemed to fly by and was incredibly comfortable. Well worth the money, I cant wait to see the results. Will post an update of my targeted body part experience in two months.
