After the death of her first husband, she knew there had to be a better way and she set out to create a different kind of law firm, one that would truly impact her clients lives for the better. Darlynn graduated near the top of her law school class from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California in 1996.

Do you know beyond a shadow of a doubt what would happen legally and financially to you, your loved ones, your money and everything else you care about if something unexpected happened to you? If you have an estate plan and it is out of date, your assets could be lost to the state department of unclaimed property or to an unnecessary and public court process or to conflict that could ensue.
Having a Will Alone Simply Does Not Ensure the Care of Your Kids If the Unthinkable Happens to You! If you are a parent of young children, you need an estate plan to ensure that they will always be taken care of by the right people, in the way you want, no matter what happens. If you fail to put a plan in place, however, someone else will make these decisions for you-and this rarely works out well.

Great experience. We are so happy to finally have our family legally protected. Thanks to Darlynn and her team for their assistance in putting together a comprehensive protection plan for my daughter. I'm a lawyer (different practice area) but Darlynn covered many contingencies which I never even thought about. Also, I am a divorced parent so the circumstances were quite unique and sensitive with our initial meeting which included my ex-husband to address guardianship issues. Enjoyed meeting with Darlynn but have been a little concerned with the attention to detail given to our file by support staff. References to spouses on worksheets when there are none, incorrect number of properties referenced, paperwork not really complete. I am hoping to turn this around. Second call into them, am hopeful.
