Kristina and Dan Nehrbass have enjoyed living in the OC most of their lives, too. Dan is the Executive Director at Nightlight Christian Adoptions. He also teaches Foundations of Christian Thought at Biola University. Kristina enjoys teaching second grade in Santa Ana. Their five children are involved in many activities in the community.
When reserving a Jumper please include the date and time of your party, the type of Jumper you are interested in, your address, phone number, and e-mail address. Please indicate your payment type. You will need to enter the 1 each rental dollar amount & update in order to process your payment. You will soon receive an email confirmation to your request.
Yes, it is best to reserve your Jumper as soon as you know the date of your event and the Jumper you want. Yes, there is a $50 charge for keeping the Jumper overnight, it will be picked up the following day. The bouncer can stay an extra day for half price (when available). Yes, in order to insure proper set-up, and safe operation, Joey Jumpers personnel are required.

Messaged them via Yelp and I asked for a price quote for future reference and is says the message is "read" but they did not respond despite my several messages. Review is solely for poor communication.
Interesting also that all 1 star reviews have to do with "rude communication" and they reply to the review as a "fake review".

We booked Joey's Jumpers the week of our party and I am SO glad I did.
First, I give two stars since I was so last minute in booking after the 4th of July weekend, everything was booked up, but they worked with me and went above and beyond to accommodate my request for a jumper. I called about 15 different jumper companies and none were able to do it. I called Joeys Jumpers and at first they said they were fully booked, but then Ted (the man I spoke to when I called) must have heard the disappointment in my voice because he asked me follow up questions, like what time I was having the party

Was in need of a jumper in about a days notice and Joey Jumper's came to the rescue! Ted was so helpful throughout the booking as he made suggestions to help me save money which I appreciated. He showed up on time, set up wonderfully and my son had a blast!
What I really liked was that upon pick up, Ted came, went in the jumper with cleaning spray and a rag and cleaned every inch of the jumper. Made me feel good knowing that we received a clean jumper and the people that get the jumper after us will also be getting a clean one.
I will definitely book through Joey's Jumper's again

We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end with Ted and Joey Jumpers. In these times of birthdays and celebrations looking a little different it was so nice to rent the 4 in 1 for my 4 year old's birthday. We were able to set up the jumper in our backyard. He had his brothers and a couple of friends over and they jumped and played happily for hours. It was one of the best investments I've made during this quarantine.
Ted was wonderful and helpful in communicating with me about the safety and cleanliness of the jumper. They were on time and very professional with setup and tear

Joey Jumpers did a really good job with my son's birthday party at Laguna Niguel Regional Park. I had inadvertently reserved a shelter across a creek that was not accessible by car. The set-up man has to laboriously cart the whole apparatus over the bridge to set up & break down. He was a kind man and took it in stride. Well done!

We have rented multiple times and this company never disappoints! Not only is Ted always on time and priced so reasonably, he is incredibly kind and accommodating. They clean and disinfect their jumpers which is so important because I can't tell you how many times we have been to other parties and the run down jumpers are terribly dirty and old. Thank you so much for adding so much fun to our parties! Highly recommended!

Joey Jumpers has clean, well kept bouncers and water slides. But more than that is their great costumer service. Our preschool uses them and we couldn't ask for better service from them. Ted is always friendly and accommodating. I especially love how they clean the bouncers before they take it away so I know it's been disinfected. Also, the water slide was safe and fun! We didn't want one with a deep pool at the bottom. This one had a splash pad. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Ted was extremely responsive and professional from the moment I initially contacted him. I reserved online and they confirmed but was I a little skeptical since I didn't need a deposit or anything, I wasn't sure he was going to show up. In the past I had events where the jumper guy didn't show up or hours late. Ted showed up exactly on time and even upgraded my jumper with no extra charged. I called a couple places before Friday and the price was a little less but there were fees here and there. So I called Joey Jumpers, Tedd picked up the phone and told me the price $95 for the day no tax or any other charges. Ian was the set up guy and another girl. I didn't have the extension cord, so they went and get one for me and he also went through the rules very carefully . When he picked it up . We are beyond grateful for Joey Jumpers! We had ordered a bouncer from a competitor who was a no show to our party. We were in a panic, trying to figure out what to do, when I stumbled on them on Yelp. I called, and Ted was amazing. He was calm, reassuring and had someone deliver the bounce house just in time for our party. If he hadn't been available, I honestly don't know what we would have done. We ordered a basic jumper for my daughter's party. Ted was great over the phone. The order was quick and efficient. The jumper was the cleanest jumper i have ever seen. When they came to pick it up, the young Man spent lots of time thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the jumper before packing it away for the next party. Will definitely use them again!

I can not even fully tell how great they are. Great jumpers, very kind (and direct/honest), CLEAN, and very good work ethic.
Had a fiasco in planning a children's party. They came through and made it a success. He was honest enough to recommend another bounce company if he didn't have exactly what I was requesting.
Basically I was really impressed with the sense of caring to help a kids party be fun for the kids.
Looking forward to working with them again. ;)
