I rented a combo jumper for my daughter's 3rd birthday last month and had such a wonderful experience with this company. Mary was extremely helpful getting my reservation set up and helping me make sure I had the correct insurance endorsement to send my HOA for park set up. The gentleman who set up and took down the jumper were timely, polite and easy to work with. All in all this was a great experience and I'd certainly work with them again.

We worked with Jump N Bounce because they were the only bounce house company licensed in Irvine. But, what a pleasure it was to work with them!
The lady who organized things was very pleasant and helpful. At the last minute I need to add tables, they did that without a problem AND AT A GREAT PRICE!
They were punctual and the workers were professional.
Can't recommend them enough, I know where we'll be getting our party equipment from here on out.

Rented a bounce house for a kids baby at the community park. They have all the necessary permits and paperwork for an Irvine (they are the only one) event. I booked online and did not realize that the city only allows for a 1 hour window before hand for delivery and one hour after the end of the party. Jump and bounce accommodated this without issue. The delivery and pick up went smoothly. I plan on renting there again. Mary, the one I spoke with on the phone assured me that her people knew what to do and actually showed up early and called to confirm the exact location. She was right.

We used JnB for our school event last year. It was such a great seamless experience, I ended up using them for our own birthday party for the kids. Mary, whom we dealt with from end to end, was super friendly and responsive. It was seamless from initial inquiry stage to booking the age appropriate bouncy houses, to delivery/set up and take down/clean up after the event! Will definitely use them again for future events! Over the phone they were so professional! The lady helped me so much! I ended getting so many things with this company. I spend over $1000. Huge jumper, 3 games, tables & chairs. She did an amazing job over the phone.
The delivery was not professional at all.
They got there super late.
They got lost.
Left all tables & chairs stacked.
They had to do 2 trips because of a small pick up truck, so made the party start even later.
Plus at the end, they accused us ofloosing chairs. we had to count them in front of their faces. All chairs wear still there.
I would honestly avoid this place

Called this place to rent a bounce house for my daughter's birthday party at a park. The woman that helped me over the phone was super friendly and assisted me with securing a rental for the date. She explained all the different types of bounce houses as well as the prices. Not only that but the particular city I live in requires a business license for that vendor to provide their services at all the parks and this business had the license which made everything work out for me. The day of the event there were 2 guys that arrived with the bounce house and set up everything rather quickly and

We reserved the jungle bounce house for our baby shower this past weekend and we were really happy with it! Kids and adults loved it, especially the slide. The guys who dropped it off and picked it up were so nice, they were quick and easy to works with, and they made sure everything was clean for us.
They were also the one of the only companies that was approved by the city of Fullerton for park bounce house parties that would also rent a generator. We will definitely keep them in mind for any other parties we have in the area!

Mary, was absolutely wonderful and easy to work with. I must have called her three times to ask some questions and did a last minute add on of their jumbo jenga (huge hits with the adults!). The double slide bounce house was clean and the gentlemen that came to set up and drop off were professional and really nice. We definitely will be using Jump N Bounce for all our future events.
