I couldn't be any happier right now. Elsie (my challenger that was hit by a redeye hellcat at the track) came home today. One month to the day the accident happened. Jared and team were great. Did a custom motorcycle paint job for a cafe racer project of mine. Met all my expectations and even offered different suggestions for my project. Very pleased with how it turned out. Even during the busy time of year they got all the pieces done quickly. They did miss something when painting and were quick to get it resolved and do it right as they promised. Will be back for future paint projects.

I am highly envolved in the car community from work to personal life so it takes a lot to impress me. I recently had my Audi S4 worked on at Motorsport Concepts and I could say nothing but good things about their service. Their work was better than I had expected and they were able to save me money wherever they could. They took a day or two longer than originally estimated for but when rebuilding the whole front end of an Audi, it is expected to hit a delay or two. Thank you again guys for the excellent work!

Unfortunately I have had several wrecks over the years and this shop has went above and beyond to assist. The last wreck I was rear ended by a woman going 40 mph and the whole rear end of my car was smashed. I got my car back after it was repaired and it looks good as new. I highly recommend them for jobs big or small.

My review has nothing to do with their work on cars but rather their lack of customer service. I called in and asked about getting an estimate and set up a time to come by. Let me start by saying that I completely understand this is a free service and in no way were they required to provide one, however they agreed on the phone and I showed up with the car and afterwards was told they would get it off to me in the next couple of days. I let them know there was no rush and that I was collecting estimates from a few various shops. I was also very candid about the fact that I wasn't sure if I

I would not do business with this company again. The actual problem was with the new parts you did order for the car. The new fog light you ordered did not come with a trim ring so instead of telling me this up front. You decided to take the trim ring off of the other side and return the car to me hoping I wouldn't notice. As far as my salvage car goes you had no problem with my salvage parts or my cash when I paid you for the job.

Took in my girlfriends car to fix a dent on the passenger side, they took it even further and re-adjusted the fender that I had replaced and was not lining up with the body lines, They were very professional and had the car done faster than what they said it was going to take. Very impressed by there work and quality.

I was referred to Motorsport Concepts by my mechanic after I had a minor accident in a January snowstorm. My trusted mechanic of four years has referred A LOT of business to Motorsport Concepts. The first thing they failed to do was to be ready when the adjuster came. They didn't have all the parts off the front end, ready for the adjuster to inspect. Consequently, the adjuster had to be called out a second time when Nate found there was more damage. This cost me nearly an extra week of time because the adjuster couldn't get back right away. Why wouldn't they have everything off

Fast, friendly, honest, candid, fair priced and affordable.
My BMW M3 got a separation in the fender and they ordered a new one and installed it quickly, hit it with some paint and it looks factory new.
I'm looking forward to smashing my car in the future, as now I feel good about having someone bring it back.

I won't make this review long simply because if I do it would turn into a small novel. Long story short I was disappointed. So disappointed I had to reach out to the BBB. The problem was fixed after all but I'm not happy overall with the outcome, meaning the results of their performance as well as the way they handled the situation. All in all, never again. Never HERE again.

This is an honest, fast and helpful shop. I brought my car in with horrible hail damage and they were able to match the paint perfectly on the new hood and trunk that was installed. My car looks amazing and the work was completed faster than any other shop quoted. My family and I will be bringing all of our cars here for any future paint/body work that may need to be done!

Our 2000 F-150 extended cab truck was damaged on the right side requiring the passenger and second door and door guard to be replaced. Motorsport Concepts did an awesome job on the repairs and the way they blended the paint to match the older color of the truck where you could not tell the doors had been replaced. The doors are back to the same level prior to the damage and you do not hear traffic noises like you did after the truck had been hit. The truck is now sound proof once more.

Unfortunately for me, I have had to take my car to Motorsport Concepts 3 times for auto body and mechanical repairs. Jared and his team restored my car to new, making sure replacement parts weren't damaged and met my standards. Great place to take your car for collision repair or custom painting etc.
